place was perfect for one person! Bathroom is very small but that is stated in the description of the property.

Our family enjoyed our stay. I imagined that the 2 apartments were stacked, but they are both above a garage space. The directions were great, and we were able to find it in the dark. The home had everything we needed plus muffins! The kids raved about how comfortable the beds were, and I appreciated how uncluttered the space was; it had all we needed without being crowded. It was also probably the cleanest air bnb in which we’ve stayed; even the baseboards were spotless. We stayed to visit Carlsbad Caverns and felt that it was close enough for convince to even go back for the evening bat flight. The hostess was responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again if we go through the area.

This place was easy to find, only about 20-30 minutes to Carlsbad caverns. It was close to food and gas. If you’re sound sensitive there was a dog barking all night one night so be aware. The place was clean and comfortable and Sandrine responded quickly with any questions.

David is a great host and the property is clean, comfortable, and pretty.

The apartment was as advertised, very clean, kitchen set up was as promised and had all that was needed to cook as desired. Very spacious including a roomy patio with charcoal bbq set up. Included laundry room was a great benefit. The AC worked wonderful to beat the heat. Great communication and very accommodating. Would happily stay here again!

The place was great, the pictures are accurate and the place was squared away. I believe the place hasnt been there that long, and everything works good, it doesnt have any wear and tear yet. The ceiling fans are amazing and the place was very roomy. I would gladly stay in this place again if available and i have work near there.

I was in Artesia for work and the price was better than a hotel and so glad I chose this place. When I walked in I felt at home. It was perfect. I will definitely be back in 6 months and if this place is available I will 100% rent this place again
