Villa holiday rentals in Eden Beach

We were able to spend wonderful and relaxing days in the villa of Matteo and Anna. All facilities were available as indicated. Communication with Matteo was great, always friendly and accommodating. We had already received a lot of information about the house and recommendations for excursions and restaurants, which made our stay easier. The private holiday resort is an absolute plus. Beaches and supermarket in the complex. Absolute recommendation for Matteo and his house! Our recommendation: long clothing and mosquito repellent! Thanks for a relaxing holiday!

The vacation home is excellently equipped, especially the kitchen with many appliances, including an ice machine. In addition, basic foods and spices were available - very practical if you want to cook yourself. There is also no shortage of beach and garden utensils: children's paddling pools, sun loungers, beach chairs - everything is available. It is clear that the house was lovingly furnished by Jesper for his own family and is not intended as a pure rental property. The garden is great: with warm water in the outdoor shower and enough shade, ideal for small children. The proximity to the beach allows you to remain flexible, as you can also spend relaxed afternoons in the garden. Jesper was absolutely exemplary: he traveled specially to greet us personally, had prepared a fresh fruit plate and had cold drinks. In addition, check-in and check-out were very flexible. We were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure, which was very accommodating.

Peaceful place with few shops and restaurants but that was an advantage as it didnt feel too crowded. House was good with great facilities in kichen, outside etc. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Thankyou Giuseppe

We spent 6 pleasant days in Chiara's villa. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The house is very large and in perfect condition. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The dining room is spacious and bright. Although it is winter, thanks to the air conditioners in the bedrooms and dining room, the temperature inside the house was always pleasant. The garden is simply magnificent. We spent 6 pleasant days in Chiara's villa. Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The house is very big and in perfect condition. Perfect House for a quiet peaceful stay with AMAZING view , directly at the sea! Exactly like described. Well equipped Kitchen and Garden, even swimming gear and umbrellas! Places in the shade to eat and hangout! Amazing beaches in the area IF you even wanna leave this place! A week was too short we will be back! Even with hot weather during the day the evening and nights were perfectly chill!

A beautiful holiday home, 10/10, no notes. We stayed there pre-season mid may. Calm neighborhood. Beautiful view of the sea. Great sunsets. Quick access to the waterfront. A stylish retreat with great attention to detail. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this beautifully renovated villa in Sardinia. The house is tastefully furnished, modern yet cozy, with high-quality furniture and an aesthetic interior. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The peaceful setting and the spacious garden really stood out. The pool is a real highlight. Large, crystal clear, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. You can tell that a lot of care went into every detail. One small suggestion: the fixed-position umbrellas by the pool provide shade, but since they’re set in place, they can’t be adjusted depending on the sun’s position – a bit more flexibility here would make lounging outside even more enjoyable. This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Sardinia in a quiet and stylish atmosphere. We truly felt at home and would love to return.

Everything perfect, i can recommend the host!

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

The villa was stunning, high-quality furnishings and equipped with every modern comfort. The large garden is meticulously maintained and was the perfect place to relax. The pool is cleaned every day. Anna and her family are fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very quiet area, but strategic to reach all the beaches in no time, avoiding the city traffic. Alghero is easily reached in just over 10 minutes. We had a great time and were really sorry to leave. We are very keen to come back!

Maria and Mimmo, very kind, allowed us to check in several hours in advance, given our morning arrival by ferry. The house is equipped with everything, detergents, linen, dishes and crockery all perfectly clean and fragrant. The owners provided us with fresh water, juice, and a bottle of good local wine. In addition to this, the wonderful location and the private pool cleaned daily are the strengths of this beautiful home. A tip, a car is essential to see the wonderful surrounding beaches. Thank you for the unforgettable holiday.

It was fabulous- the view, the setting, the pool and wonderfully equipped kitchen. We had a brilliant time and thoroughly recommend. Even better if - air con in the pool bedroom and faster more reliable WiFi but It was perfect for our family celebration. Thank you very much.

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

Luca is incredibly nice, helpful, and always easily accessible. The place was very nice, with great terrace and super pool. The area is very calm and relaxed in September, but the complex is also a little away from beautiful places, beaches and restaurants. Overall, however, a great apartment and especially Luca was a brilliant host. Thanks a lot!
