Our stay at Brandon's was fabulous. Location was right in the middle of everything we had planned in and around St. Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa Bay! Guesthouse was cozy and very comfortable. If in the area, I would definitely book with Brandon again! 10/10 recommend!

Everything about our stay was as near to perfection as possible.The cottage interior is decorated in a modern minimalistic way to make the small cottage feel more spacious. Everything was clean, and we thought Lisa had thought of everything detail. She quickly responded to our two questions. When I need a place in St. Pete again, hers will be the first choice. Yhanks for making it a very relaxing place to be.

Great place for two! The bed was comfortable and cozy. The bathroom and the rest of the unit was spotless. Plenty of towels and beach chairs available for use. The hot tub was spectacular and the owner kindly came by to clean it for us. There is a cute seating area outside with lights to enjoy. The location is decent, 5-10 minutes from downtown and 15-20 minutes to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The Urban Retreat - Brand-new chic 1 BR apartment

I loved Carmen's rental! It was a little confusing to find, however Carmen had detailed instructions for arriving. The door did stick so unlocking it was difficult, but again Carmen was proactive about informing us that the door was tricky and to be patient with it. Overall Carmen did a fabulous job of being on top of any questions I could've possibly had. The place itself was well decorated and stocked with all the essentials (toilet paper, laundry pods, plenty of towels and blankets). This is definitely a place I would recommend to any of my friends and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Carmen!

The house was extremely clean and we really appreciated that the comforters were cleaned between guests. It was also nice that there were beach chairs/towels and an umbrella in the closet. The fans in the bedroom were an extra bonus, and we love the decor of the house. Street parking was not a problem. Great house and wonderful host! You won’t be sorry for booking!
