My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. The beach is inside the condominium, it takes 5 minutes on foot , or the condominium itself has a jeep that goes to and from the beach with guests. The condominium puts sunshine on the beach for all condominium members. On the beach there is a restaurant that serves snacks and drinks on the beach. Check out my guests' comments. View from the terrace of the apartment. You can't use the sauna or the ballroom or the gym of the building.

Guarujá (cove) 4 minutes from the beach on foot

Com 2 vagas de garagens, com vista para o mar é completa com (piscina e churrasqueira privada) Rua tranquila e arborizada. Excelente localização com tudo o que precisar ao redor. A anfitriã dará as localizações de mercados a 1 quadra, farmácia 4 q, bancos, fast foods 6 q, restaurantes 1 q etc… Oferecemos como opção checkin antecipado ás 9 hs ou checkout tardio às 18 horas, basta levar lençol e toalha de banho.
