The Grey Room - Quiet Boutique Double

The Grey Room is on the 2nd floor so very quiet. You have access to the family bathroom on the 1st floor and seperate additional WC. The lounge is not for guests however feel free to swing by for a cuppa/chat. You can help yourself to tea & coffee and prep basic breakfast/food just let us know. We are around a 7 min walk to Bournville station & New Street is 12 mins away from there by train. Birmingham University is 2 stops on the train. Stirchley is also worth a visit, super cool.

Lovely clean room in pretty house (beautiful renovations). Easy to get to from the centre by bus and near the University. Hosts and neighbours were very quiet. Shared bathroom with another guest (if other room is booked).

The second best Airbnb accommodation I have been to was helpful and communicative. I had a challenge locating the key, but she was eager to help and had a lovely neighbour that was super helpful . I am gutted I didn’t book longer. I highly recommend close to Broad Street and Brum city centre ! What more can you ask for?
