Very quiet location but not far from amenities. The home had an attention to detail that not all air bnbs do (for example enough towel hooks for everyone staying!) as well as basic cooking amenities

Our family of five and our golden retriever had an amazing visit at Sean’s beautiful home. If you are considering at stay in Annapolis, book this home! It is close to everything and situated on a beautiful cove. The home is comfortable and has everything a family could need. A+!

I’ve been to this location three (3) times now and each time was a pleasure. Communication was great and him allowing a late check out was fantastic (especially with multiple kids, trying to get them ready). I will continue to select this location when we have to come into town for the location, price, communication, and peace of mind knowing exactly what we’ll receive. The only issue with this last stay (and I can only assume it was due to holiday because never happened before) was the trash can being full. I do not suspect this is a regular occurrence as he is very transparent. I’d recommend this place to anyone and again, will be booking multiple times in the future as we will be traveling to MD a lot more.

Gary and his wife were very nice and had many good recommendations for the area. The house is a quaint little studio literally steps from the river. I highly recommend the boathouse for a quiet getaway.

Mike was a really pleasant and helpful host. His house had more amenities then listed on the website. Our group was 5 adults and two dogs. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of private space. We were in town to visit family for the holiday. This place suited us perfectly! Thanks Mike!

The place was really nice, and the bonfire in the woods made it even better. It would be perfect with a warm light installed near the bonfire area — it gets a bit too dark without it.

My family and I had a great weekend at Katies! Food stores were close by and we were able to stock up for the 12 people who stayed!! Everyone had their own space! Katie was very proactive and answered every question we had pretty quickly! The listing was very clear and we got what we saw. I would definitely book with Katie again!

Scott’s place was a great location for a wedding and Annapolis. The house was roomy for our party of 5 with large beds and plenty of bathrooms. Scott was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Joseph was responsive and proactive and very friendly. The house was clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed- a comfortable night's sleep and space for a family with pets. Everything went smoothly and met our expectations. Would rent again.

I used this place as a staging ground for my wedding at the Hammerman area of gunpowder falls State Park. it worked great for that. gorgeous setting for photos and extremely close to the park. slept the brides side of the wedding party comfortably and we were able to assemble and decorate the cake while there. I'm sure it would also be a great place to stay if you wanted to get out on the water.

Perfect spot for family gathering for 50th birthday celebrations all weekend! Grandkids loved the water activities and grand puppies loved all the news smells. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Camiel was great, the house is super for a large family as there are 4 good size bedrooms. This house is not for anyone with problems doing stairs, all the bedrooms are up at least one flight. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe and the house is walking distance to groceries, ice cream, chinese and a local hangout called Broadneck Grill. Homemade amazing desserts and excellent food. The listing says someone lives in the basement, but there is no access to the basement from the main house so its a non issue. I will definitely rent here again next year.

I highly recommend this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The view alone is worth the price. Jeanne and Becca were exceptional hosts; they were both responsive and friendly. There are plenty of activities available, including a pier, a fire pit, and two decks with furniture. Additionally, there are kayaks, paddleboards, and much more. The home is well-stocked with paper products, health and beauty items, and extra blankets and pillows. I can't say enough good things about this lovely Baycation home!

We are repeat visitors! Love the homey atmosphere and lovely deck. Pretty gardens and such a nice walk to the Chesapeake Bay. Very easy living at Heather’s place! Hope to come again and visit!

My wife grew up in the Pasadena area and Vincente’s place was a perfect shore home. Great views. Can’t beat the sunsets on the water. Had fun crabbing from the pier! Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to major roads. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Already planning a return trip next year.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place. it was clean and safe with everything you could want. He was very helpful and responsive during my stay and he communicated well with anything I had a question about. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. Overall great place

This is a perfect spot for relaxing! The 4 season room was our favorite and the views are great! Off season a lot of the restaurants are closed until Thursday and there’s not much going on Monday through Wednesday.

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

Olga was a very nice and responsive host. The townhome was very clean and everyone had their own room and bathroom which is hard to find on Airbnb. The townhouse was easy to find and access. Overall, we had a good experience at the townhome.

WOW!!! Moondance was everything advertised and more! If you’re looking for a place to unplug, unwind and relax, this is the place!! Stunning views, tranquil and secluded. We had a party of 10 for my son’s wedding and we never felt on top of each other. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the church and 10 minutes from the venue. The house was clean and ample parking. We literally hated to leave. Tracey was an amazing host, responsive and thoughtful. I don’t know if we’ll have a reason to go back to Kent Island, other than just to stay in this house again. Thank you Tracey!

This home was the perfect size for my family during this trip. There was lots of room and extra space for everyone. The dining and kitchen area was immaculate and I really enjoyed family time in those areas. Everything about this place was awesome and we will return. Thank you Rigobert !

Staying at Alena’s place in Annapolis was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Alena’s warmth and friendliness made me feel completely at home. She’s an incredibly gracious host who goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable. The home itself was immaculate. I especially appreciated that it was an organically cleaned home. Rare find. Knowing that non-toxic products were used and that the environment was being considered added such peace of mind during my stay. The overall feel of the home was incredibly cozy and inviting. Every space felt thoughtfully curated to promote comfort and relaxation. It truly felt like a home away from home. Alena’s care for her guests and the environment shines through in every aspect of the stay. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
