Our 1949 home is built on an oyster mound of the Timucua Indians. It was one of the original farm-homes in our quiet neighborhood. Our home is only blocks from the Halifax River and 3 miles to drive on the Beach. Down town New Smyrna Beach is 2.5 miles North offering restaurants and boutiques. You can visit some of the most delicious restaurants on the river or drive over the North Causeway to walk down Flagler Avenue. You can shop for so many unique items on the beachside.
