Veti fi foarte aproape de principalele terase si restaurante din Mamaia Sat (Oneiro,Mackerel,Nikos, etc.)

In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

A green garden space features a swing set and a hammock, surrounded by vibrant flowers and neatly trimmed grass. Brightly colored flower pots and white outdoor chairs provide a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

2 bedroom intimate sea house with private yard

Come spend some time admiring a unique and wild part of the Black Sea seaside. Enjoy morning or evening walks to Tuzla beach while exploring the nearby wild shores and beaches, pick up sea glass and shells. Feel the breeze in your hair while biking through the golden fields, on the tall shores and come back to rest in our green and welcoming garden. Our cozy seaside home can accomodate 4 or 5 adults (or 4 adults+3 children) in 2 bedrooms+bathrooms. All the appliances at the guests' disposal.

The kitchen area features a blend of modern and rustic design, highlighted by a red refrigerator and a brick backsplash. A wooden dining table is surrounded by several chairs, while a bouquet of flowers adds a touch of color. Natural light enters through double windows.

Each level is equipped with air conditioning and tv. The property offers free sunbeds/umbrellas at Aloha beach located in the immediate vicinity.

Acestea sunt contra cost, pretul este 50lei/utilizare/serviciu. Se va plati cash la locatie. Acceptam tichete de vacanta.

A DIFFERENT offer why it offers the Romanian seaside. Huge yard, 140 trees, 6 parking lots, perfect hygiene, tranquility, nature love and plants. A lot of space for just a maximum of 8 visitors. Spatiu verde enorm. Terasa, gratar, loc de picnic. It is rented only with everything. For the cold season: the cold season heating is with wood (and inverter air conditioners) and you'll have to take care of it yourself.
