Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Muzicii 11 - Apartment 2 is a spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment, part of a larger house but with its own separate entrance. Ideal for families, the apartment offers plenty of room to relax and make yourself at home. It features two cozy single bedrooms, perfect for children or individuals, and a larger matrimonial bedroom for parents, providing ample privacy for everyone. The layout is designed with families in mind, ensuring you have all the space you need for a comfortable stay.

Our cozy seaside home can accomodate 4 or 5 adults (or 4 adults+3 children) in 2 bedrooms+bathrooms. All the appliances at the guests' disposal.

The entrance to the accommodation space is private and does not communicate with other accommodation spaces in the villa. There are no sharing spaces with other guests. Very easy to reach the location, access is made directly from the main boulevard and includes parking.

The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.
