The studio is equipped with a lockbox that makes it easy to access at any time. The complex sits on the edge of a golf course at the foot of the Provençal village of Eguilles, a 10-minute drive from the center of Aix-en-Provence. Walk to a bakery, laundry, and restaurants, as well as shops selling local wine and olive oil. The residence is 25 minutes from Marseille Provence Airport and 15 minutes from the TGV station in Aix en Provence. A bus stop is located at the entrance of the residence. Beautiful Provencal house, ideally located, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and the TGV train station. You will find the calm of the Aix countryside, enjoying the charm of Eguilles, a beautiful Provençal village. The accommodation consists of a living/dining room/kitchen, a master bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a mezzanine that can accommodate children with 2 single beds. Ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children.

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Appart, a nice cottage for 2 people (37 m2), located on the first floor of the main building with an independent outdoor entrance. You will also have at your disposal a small private summer kitchen in the garden as well as two sun loungers. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed around to preserve everyone's privacy.

Location: villa on 3000 m2 property, with woods and beautiful meadow bordered by a stream; absolute calm. In season, swimming pool available (shared with us but we only use it very occasionally). Included: Linens (sheets, towels, slippers), shower gel and shampoo. Included: Cleaning products, laundry detergent and dishwasher. Included: basic food products; salt, pepper, sugar, oils, vinegar. Free parking on the property.

"Cosy Aix" Studio

In this pretty village of Eguilles, come and relax in this charming studio, air-conditioned, located in a beautiful quiet residence with its outdoor swimming pool, free parking and restaurant on site. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The residence also allows you to relax on deckchairs around the pool and terrace. Check-in time is 5pm and checkout time is 11am, thanks to the lockbox, you can access it independently.
