Play your favorite music, and read surrounded by books lining the walls. Take a walk to Gero Station while catching a glimpse of life in Gero. Fishing at sea, picking azaleas, bamboo shoots, and wild potatoes in the mountains, and eating them yourself. Long stays are recommended. Based at Shimonada Cabin, it is about an hour's drive to Matsuyama City. 2.5 hours to Shimanto River. 3 hours to Shikoku Karst. Shopping can be done in Iyo City or Nagahama Town, or you can buy from local fishmongers and greengrocers and cook for yourself. Of course, you can also eat at a nearby restaurant if you book. Anyway, I want you to relax at Shimonada Cabin. One night is too wasteful. I recommend at least 2 days. It is a place that can be enjoyed in good weather or bad.

The building is a renovation of an old house in the countryside. As far as the eye can see, there is also a wooden deck that can be used with confidence even in rainy weather in the courtyard, which is an overwhelming private space with only mountains, fields and slopes. Parking is available. Wi-Fi is available. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the nearest supermarket and convenience store, so please prepare ingredients in advance when you arrive.
