Cosy Private Cottage Annex

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Lovely old and quant part of John and Nella's cottage, which is self contained if locking the connecting door. Absolutely beautiful garden, totally private with access from the car parking area. We didn't realise there was no sink for washing up, however there was a bowl etc in the hallway to accommodate this. This was our misunderstanding as we had not read the description accurately. John and Nella left us a lovely welcome pack, which us and Otto thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect for visiting this part of Wales, we all had a great time. You could walk "up the hill" to the castle, but we decided to use the car park as it's quite a steep climb. Once in the town there are plenty of eateries, shops etc. We can recommend the Caffe for fish and chips, open at the weekends in the evening. We also visited the Victorian Inn in Llanbedra couple of times. We did have a drink in the Queen's hotel, however check times of opening and book if you wish to eat there.

Beautiful Secluded Cottage N.Wales

RachelRating, 5 stars13 months ago
This i s a beautiful cottage in a lovely private location, but not too far away from Harlech in the car. We loved it, and it was clean and spacious, easily accommodating 7 people and a border collie. You have to be prepared that there is nothing in the way of toiletries - no soap or towels provided, so take everything with you. We had an Asda shop delivered shortly after arrival, which was a great help. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cosy Cottage with Spectacular Views

MarkRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Gill’s ’Cosy Cottage’ is just that; a small, two-bedroomed terraced cottage with stunning views of the estuary and the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Four of us (me, my wife, our teenage boys and our small dog) had a fabulous three-night stay. The local pub is great and the location perfect to use as a base for exploring North Wales. Thoroughly recommended!!

Yr Hen Efail

JanRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The cottage was architecturally and practically so well formed for a lovely stay for two. We loved the coastal view from the cottage and garden space to sit out in. It was set in the historic town of Harlech just around the corner from the castle. There were good local amenities and some lovely local walks as well as being accessible to Snowdownia National Park hikes etc. The host was excellent at communication and made the process very easy .

Delightful one bedroom cottage with log fire

A great few days in beautiful surroundings, feeling safe and warm despite the occasional blustery rain. Very comfy bed. Easy access to various coastal areas. Super hosts who gave easy to follow directions (useful down Welsh lanes) and friendly recommendations.

Snowdon view, steam railway & Portmeirion nearby

PoppyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
A short but sweet stay at Rhian's made for a very comfortable night of relaxation after a long journey to enjoy a day out in Portmeirion, followed by a coastal stroll along black rock sands. Will and Rhian were both quick to respond - not that I had many questions as their initial messages gave us all the details and instruction we needed. The flat was lovely, clean, and inviting. We felt very at home and wished we'd booked another night's stay for our adventures in Wales. We would definitely recommend Rhian's place to anyone wanting to visit the area, and hope to be back in the future.
