My house is your house and that's why we have prepared it for you to enjoy a comfortable stay with security staying in an accommodation within a subdivision south of the city. Excellent location! With access to main roads, 3 minutes from the ring road and 5 minutes from the shopping center. Suitable for 1 or more guests, for work, or for the taste (or the need) of visiting Saltillo. The house has fans in each room.

Rest and enjoy a quiet and cozy stay in our house south of the city of Saltillo in a private subdivision. Located 3 minutes from a shopping mall and shops, located on a boulevard with access close to bridges to move around the rest of the city and close access to the industrial area of Derramadero. Ideal for weekend getaways or longer stays, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area and feel at home.

Double height studio

New double-height loft, for single or couple stays, located in the south of the city, near Plaza Sendero Sur and the bus station. It has a 2-ton mini-split, a washing and drying center, and a 1100-liter water tank which is filled on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the early morning. The space does not have a parking space, but you can park in the assigned area once the reservation is made.

Urban 3-Bedroom House

This beautiful residence is located very close to several shopping centers. It has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds! (Two KS and 3 full beds) and a sofa bed! All bedrooms and the game room have a smart TV to enhance your stay at our house! The pool table can be used by adults and in the event that children play, they must be supervised by adults to keep it in good condition (Pets are prohibited)
