Welcome to this cosy apartment of about 75 sqm with open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a master's residence and a leisure home when the school was in use. The schoolhouse also houses art studios and salsa libraries. On the upper floor there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own private entrance and toilet, but a shower is shared with another tenant.

The "Annex" is a charming two-story property that has most things you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you get directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender etc. Breakfast in the green with bird chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the big chestnut with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

Quiet and beautifully located at the edge of the forest 800 meters above the Ekstakusten. Walking distance to Djupvik harbor with hotel, restaurant, Fika, bar, beach and guest harbor. Unique location in the woods, 10 min walk to the sea. Is a well equipped (see pictures) guesthouse to a larger house located next door. Has its very own patio, BBQ, hammock etc. Nice all seasons.
