Nina's home is simply exceptional. Located in a safe and quiet region, it perfectly combines the quiet of the neighborhood with its proximity to the centre and excellent attractions, such as charming Spain Square. It's easy to find everything you need walking around: restaurants, cable car terminal, market, bakery and more, all just minutes away. The house is extremely cosy, equipped with heaters that guarantee comfort even on the coldest of days. Although the apartment does not have a laundry area, there is a laundry nearby that offers an efficient and inexpensive service. What really makes the difference, however, is impeccable hospitality. Nina and Dona Ana Maria are incredibly welcoming, always ready to help and ensure your stay is perfect. I highly recommend it with great joy!

The place felt much larger than it looked in the photos, and everything was already there, which was just amazing. I had a wonderful experience, even though I arrived a few hours late due to a flight delay—my host was still very cooperative and friendly. The amenities were clean, new, and very well maintained. On my next visit—and for anyone else looking for a stay in La Paz, Bolivia—I can confidently say this place is definitely worth the price. There is a taxi stand right outside, making transportation very convenient. The building also offers plenty of facilities, such as a money exchange, coffee shops with excellent food and service, a pharmacy, gift shops, makeup stores, ATMs, and souvenir shops. Just a two-minute walk away, there’s also a cinema and a huge mall with endless activities. Overall, I found that the location was very central, so getting anywhere didn’t take long.

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

Beautiful, large and clean place in a safe environment. There is a 24h security service at the entrance. A supermarket as well as the cable car station is right around the corner. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. They were very flexible, helpful, and always easily accessible. We stayed in the apartment for almost two weeks and felt very comfortable.

Everything is very good, impeccable, Sandra was super aware of our trip so far that we enter the apartment even when it's early morning, she is very kind and kind. The location is ideal, you have everything around: public transport, shops, restaurants, etc. It also has security day and night which is very important. The apartment is warm and spacious with all amenities. And one of the most wonderful things is the views. No matter which of the rooms you are in, you have some images of La Paz of dreamy. From the first moment the host was attentive to my arrival, even before I communicated. The apartment matches the photos, the cleanliness was good and the micro weather inside the apartment makes it hot, the view to the city of peace is magnificent. It has a master bedroom with tv plus cable service, another smaller room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is implemented with everything you need. It is located on a main avenue, which has access to all kinds of shops and a few blocks from the purple and blue cable car.

The apartment is safe, comfortable, easy to access, and close to some great restaurants and cafes. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning sometime in the future. Highly recommended!
