Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in El Aouina

What a delightful apartment in a great area for relaxing by the sea, exploring local sights such as Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and Tunis, and as a base for venturing further afield...our trips to Sousse, Kairouan, El Jem and Bizerte were all easily doable from La Marsa. We loved La Marsa itself with its laid back charm, great cafes, shops and restauraurants. The apartment was just as described with all the facilities and lovely little garden complete with lemon trees. Yasmine was a friendly and responsive host and our month by the sea zipped past in no time. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Ahmed. Personne très convivial qui a pris le temps de nous présenter l'appartement, comment il fonctionne et nous même faite quelques suggestions de restaurants du quartier. Tout était propre et nous avions même quelques pâtisseries à notre disposition à notre arrivée. La terrasse est parfaite pour relaxer en toute intimité. L'emplacement est sécuritaire dans une petite rue adjacente, parfait, tout près de plusieurs café, boulangerie, restaurants de rue et petite épicerie. La plage est effectivement près du logement dans le magnifique quartier de La Marsa. À notre départ, nous avions oublié un sac de souliers dans le logement alors que nous étions déjà dans une autre ville à 1h plus loin. Nous avons contacté immédiatement Ahmed pour lui signaler notre oublie, il nous a instantanément répondu et rassuré que sa mère l'avais trouvé et qu'elle allait le garder en sécurité pour nous le temps qu'on revienne le chercher. Un grand merci à eux !

Le lieu parfait pour se déconnecter. Hôte accueillant et très réactif, logement impeccable et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, logement front mer, il s’agit du meilleur emplacement de Tunis. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Charmante petite maison en plein cœur des sites historiques de Cartage. Le jardin est superbe et jolies décoration dans la maison. Petit plus : un chat adorable viendra réclamer des câlins ainsi que Bakbouka, la petite chienne de la maison 🐱🐶❤️

Rahma is a fantastic host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly flexible. Despite our late arrival after midnight, she stayed awake to make sure my family and I checked in smoothly and safely. She was always available and supportive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of La Marsa, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. A wonderful place made even better by Rahma’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

La villa était encore plus belle et spacieuse que sur les photos. La piscine était propre et rafraîchissante, et nous avons beaucoup profité de la cour. Sonia, qui nous a accueillie, était sympathique. La villa est dans un endroit tranquille, mais quand même à distance de marche d’une supérette et des restaurants. Le seul bémol pour nous était le manque de certains instruments pour cuisiner, mais ce n’est pas très important. Si je suis de retour à la Marsa c’est ici que je séjournerai !

Chrisitine etait tres reactive a la moindre question, l’appartement est tres bien decore, tout est bien entretenu, il y a l’essentiel avec une charmante terrasse. L’avantage de cet appartement, c est qu il est tres lumineux avec un tres panorama sur la foret de Gammarth et vue au loin de la mer. Et l’endroit est tres calme pour se reposer. On reviendra surement.

Que dire qu’à part que c’était plus que parfait !!! Vous avez appelé cela comme un «coup de cœur », je ne peux que confirmer ! Je voudrais rajouter autre chose d'essentiel, je suis très reconnaissante de l’hospitalité et la générosité des hôtes. Ils ont été exceptionnels, je ne sais pas comment les remercier !  Ps: Mr Tahar mille merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour moi ! J’espère vous revoir un jour !!

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Un séjour très cool dans cet appartement, hyper bien situé, dans un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants. L’appartement rend plus grand qu’en photo, avec une terrasse très agréable et des équipements parfaitement fonctionnels. Un lieu parfait pour un séjour dans la banlieue nord de Tunis.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. À quelques minutes à pied du centre de la Marsa et de la grande plage. Hôte accueillante et très sympathique. Il y a également un ménage de l’appartement si la durée de séjour est d’au moins 7 jours ce qui est super.

You will not regret booking this apartment in Ariana! It is well equipped with good quality furniture. The backyard has a great view, where you can catch the sun rising over beautiful Tunis 🌞 We stayed 10 nights and did not have a car, but enjoyed the walk up and down the hills going in to town. Ennasr has a lot of great places to eat, speciality shops, cafés & bakeries and a lovely little public park. For extra convenience, both Glovo and Kool delivers to the building and it's very easy to order a taxi with the Bolt app too. Lastly, Samih is the best possible host you'll find. He was welcoming right from the moment we booked, very responsive, friendly and always doing his outmost to ensure we'd have the best stay. It will definitely not be our last!

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

Es hat alles super geklappt, mein Mann war dort für eine Nacht, da er einen wichtigen Termin in der Nähe hatte. Er wurde sehr freundlich von dem Vater von Zeineb empfangen, auch in der Wohnung hat er sich super wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön eingerichtet & es gab einen wunderschönen Balkon! Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das wir sogar etwas später auschecken dürfen. Wir sind rundum Zufrieden und nehmen das Apartment gerne wieder!

I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great and made exploring the area so easy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.
