Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

We had good instructions when we arrived at the appartment. So we could get in without having to disturb anyone to come and open the door for us. When we arrived, everything was very clean. The apartment is very spacious and you can have your privacy when you are there with more people. the host is very attending, asking if everything was fine and when you need anything else, you can always reach out to the host. A recommending apartment.

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Francisco is wonderful and welcoming. The view is exceptional and the apartment has everything we needed.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidas. El piso es precioso, tal como se ve en las fotos, e incluso mejor en persona: moderno, decorado con mucho gusto, muy luminoso y perfectamente limpio. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. El anfitrión fue muy amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comunicación fue fácil y fluida en todo momento. Nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria antes de llegar y durante la estancia estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier duda o consulta. Un detalle que nos encantó fue que al llegar encontramos algunos productos para comer y algunas bebidas algo que no esperábamos y que agradecimos muchísimo. Son esos pequeños gestos los que marcan la diferencia y demuestran una gran hospitalidad! Recomendamos este alojamiento sin ninguna duda. Ha superado todas nuestras expectativas y no dudaríamos en volver!

Apartment was just as described and comfortable for the 4 of us. The location was very convenient - easy walk to many restaurants and attractions. Just as easy to catch a cab or the metro. Appreciated that Elena set up fans for us as it was unseasonably hot during our stay. Elena was very responsive and communication was easy.

Such a great apartment in an awesome central location. Highly recommend if you want to walk to the sights of Madrid. Within a 5 min walk you can find endless pubs and restaurants that are frequented by locals vs tourists. We loved Madrid and the apartment

Place was everything we needed. Subway station within steps and easy travel across the city. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable 4 day stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The apartment is located within a pedestrian shopping area although you can get a taxi drop off about 20m from the entrance so its not a problem if you have luggage. Easy, secure entry and lift or stairs to the apartment. It is compact but has everything you will need and some. Miguel is a very good host who wants his guests to have a good stay. Bed is comfortable, so is the sofa. Metro isn't too far away, both directions. It was too hot to spend time on the balcony but its a decent size. We used it to dry clothes which was very handy. Miguel gave us a fabulous restaurant suggestion, if you like seafood I recommend you try it.

The location was perfect for our day stay in Madrid. The interior of the home is comfortable and stylish. Although we didn’t get to use it much, the full kitchen was nice to have with a toddler. Would stay here again!

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Ignacio en Toledo ha sido excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para recorrer el casco histórico. Ignacio fue muy atento desde el primer momento, ofreciéndonos toda la información necesaria para aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita. La casa es muy cómoda, bien equipada y se nota que está cuidada con esmero. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

Marco's apartment is FANTASTIC!!! The location couldn't be better, only 10 steps from the Plaza Mayor, with all of its cafes, restuarants and bars. It's easy to walk to all the main attractions in Salamanca, including the Cathedrals and the university. Spotlessly clean, easy to get into, exactly as described. We LOVED it and would gladly stay there again!

Excellent and cozy apartment, very centrally located, close to both local transports, restaurants and shops.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!

Tanto el lugar como el trato ha sido maravilloso, repetiremos sin duda.
