Our little house in the mountains of Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, in a very quiet area through which there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside for all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short as "the path of the water" or more demanding and long as the route to Siete Picos. It's an independent apartment that sits in the same estate as the house.

😴The private flat on the lower ground floor accommodates up to 6 pax + 1 baby or pet. It features two bedrooms—one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed—and a living room between them with two single beds (mattresses 200cm long). The unit includes a full bathroom (sink, shower, bathtub, toilet), a garden area with hammocks, a terrace with table and chairs, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 32" flat-screen TV, duvets, pillows, fans, blankets, linens, and towels.

Fantastic house in the mountains, large, bright and full of spaces to meet and share with friends or family. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Spectacular house fully equipped with underfloor heating (cold and heat) by aerothermal. Divided into two floors, the main floor consists of an open kitchen, a full bathroom and a living-dining room. The first floor has a double bedroom and another with a trundle bed and a full bathroom (with a whirlpool bathtub) and a balcony overlooking the mountain. 60 m plot with artificial grass.

On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
