The place has an excellent location, Alejandro is a very friendly and quick to respond host, the house is large and beautiful. The only detail that could improve is the television system in the living room since you can only see one channel, for the price you pay you should have cable at least in the living room, to make the television more stable, everything else excellent! I recommend it and we would definitely go again. Thanks to Alejandro for his management and good disposition in everything

Friendly host. Pleasant location. However, there were few towels and the gas in the barbecue ran out. One issue is that there is no hot pool for guests, I believe it would be good, it would be a good way to pass the time in the cold as well as Caldas Novas where the hotels give access to the hot pools.

The accommodation met all the needs for an excellent stay, it was very clean and tidy. The communication with Felipe was very pleasant. As for the distance from the beach, it was about 7 minutes, and the walk was very pleasant. Close to businesses and the "main" street where supermarkets were located. In short, it exceeded our expectations.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house It is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (not bathing) and security. The three pieces are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are spotless, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.
