Very nice apartment, well maintained, with a good aroma, clean and everything was as it appeared in the photos. Easy access. Clean bedding. Very good building spaces and infrastructure.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very well located, in a quiet sector, relatively far from downtown and therefore noise and high traffic.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need to develop different activities; toiletries, well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with extra bedding. The staff of the building and the complex in general are very friendly and well treated. Gonzalo is attentive to any inquiries you may have and is decisive. We had a very good experience :)

Everything was perfect. It was a family getaway with our baby and Luciana was very concerned about everything. We appreciate her hospitality, initiative and facilities during our stay.

I really liked the apartment. Only critical of the sheets that did not have the top and were some with details (I usually carry mine, but it was not possible on this trip). Everything else is spotless.

Apartment with an incredible view, spacious terrace and security mesh in its entirety, ideal for children, comfortable, clean, illuminated and just for a weekend. Safe condominium with ample spaces to walk along the beach, games for children and restaurant inside.

Friendly host. Pleasant location. However, there were few towels and the gas in the barbecue ran out. One issue is that there is no hot pool for guests, I believe it would be good, it would be a good way to pass the time in the cold as well as Caldas Novas where the hotels give access to the hot pools.

Alvaro is an excellent host, his house is very nice and the pool is coming very well, it is perfect. It is second time that I stay here and on this occasion Álvaro accepted my reservation without prior coordination and saved me the weekend. Luckily the house was available Super recommended, a 3 min drive to the big shops and a block amassanderia and convenience store. Thank you Álvaro! I'll be back :)

the house is very nice, it has everything you need to be comfortable in the space, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. the only thing I could recommend as a suggestion is to fix the shower (phone) of one of the bathrooms, so that everything was 100% comfortable. outside of that detail, Marcela was very nice and was attentive all the time to our doubts and/or requests. We will definitely be back at another opportunity

Marcela was an amazing host: she responds very quickly, gave us clear instructions to find the house and was also very understanding with the change of check-in and check-out times. On the other hand, the house perfectly matches the description: it is very spacious, cozy and has everything you need to have a peaceful stay. I'd like to highlight the amazing view of the beach, which is directly in front of the house, and the gazebo area, which has a grill, table and is well lit to be able to dine there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria José's house. Both she and her father José were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The house met all our expectations. A beautiful house, perfectly furnished and in an excellent location, a few meters from El Canelo beach, the best beach in Algarrobo. We will definitely be back!!!

This is quite a magical place. The view from the bedroom and the living room is unreal. Antonia was super responsive and helpful.

Really a liking the house, everything works perfect, the decor is cute and cozy and super well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, down, etc). It is even better than what can be seen in the pictures. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host of doubts and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean. It has direct access to the beach which is very comfortable. Susana contacted us very quickly when we need her to give answers to our problems. A very good place to host.

Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.

Excellent place, very nice the tidy and clean Depto, the concierge of the place is very friendly and attentive, the view that it has is privileged and the access to the beach is very optimal for me who was with a person in a wheelchair and an older adult was very comfortable, also everything is very close, the trade, the craft fair and the games, I had to arrive on the day of the light cut that was nationally and I was worried about how to climb since it was on the 12th floor, but they had a generator to use the elevators, which I thought it was a wonder, I would definitely go back without hesitation.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.
