Muy buena ubicación, sobretodo para la Maratón de Cali. Excelentes sitios cerca, buena oferta gastronómica y para mercar. Muy buenas instalaciones, muy cómodo el apartamento. Muy buena anfitriona con respuestas rápidas y con ganas de solucionar problemas. Recomendado 100%.

La zona es muy tranquila y agradable. El alojamiento es agradable y tiene todos los servicios necesarios.

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Es igual a lo que se ve en las fotos. Claudia quien es el punto de contacto es muy amable y es muy atenta a todo lo que necesitas. Es un lugar que cuando regrese a Cali voy a buscar volver a quedarme. Muchas gracias Don Javier y Claudia

Samuel's place was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Of course there were businesses operating during the day, but at night they were all closed and it was nice and quiet. The location is great as well. 10 minute walk to CC Chipichape or Dollar City, 5 minute walk to Home Center and a huge grocery store, and restaurants all over the place. Having the pool was great as well, as most buildings in this area don't have pools. Our son loves to swim and we used it several times a week. The apartment was a bit small for us (we are a family of three with a dog), and it was hard having the only bathroom in the bedroom, but we knew those things going in. Overall we would definitely stay at Samuel's place again.

El lugar coincide perfectamente con las fotos, es cálido y es muy agradable estar ahí, se siente cómo en casa. Juan, fue siempre muy respetuoso, amable y sobre todo colaborador Sin duda volvería a quedarme allí.

I love what the owners have did with this apartment. The designers were not thinking cheap. The apartment was clean and the water was hot. The air-conditioning in the living room will keep the whole area cool. This is going to be one of my favorite places to stay in Cali.

It was a great stay; the place felt very secure, and the hosts were extremely caring and attentive. There is a great restaurant right at the bottom of the building serving great food. Extremely close to the mall and to the supermarket.

I had a great 3 week stay here. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was good. The neighbors were all friendly and I arrived on new year’s eve to a very festive arrival. There is plenty in the neighborhood and not far from places you would need to go. I will gladly stay here on my next return to Cali!

my stay at Daniel's place was very pleasant, the neighborhood is close to everything you need, about 15 min walk to the dog place, his team was very nice and attentive, the apto was as described. I overlooked the part about no hot water but it is in the description

Entorno adecuado, muy precioso, familiar y acogedor. Recomendable para largas estadías en la ciudad , ubicado en un buen sector seguro.

El lugar es como se describe y se ve, es lindo y muy acogedor, con diferentes zonas para estar y compartir y una terraza genial. Todo es muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Astrid es muy atenta y amable y está siempre dispuesta a facilitar lo necesario para una estadia amena y cómoda. Súper recomendado para descansar y compartir.

excelente alojamiento. todo muy bonito y organizado. el sector muy bien ubicado con supermercado y centro comercial cerca. El anfitrión siempre estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. 100% recomendado.

A very nice apartment on the 5th floor. The 2B/2Ba arrangment was very accomodating. The apartment complex is nice, secure and organized. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. Great location clear instructions, very responsive host, everything matches the description. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Cali. loved it! Thank you so much.🙏🏾🙏🏾

Este apartamento es bello. Leidy y Claudya fueron muy amables conmigo y mi mama. Perfecto lugar para recuperación cirurgica. A pasos de distancia de clinicas medicas. Tenia todo lo necesario para hacer una estadía muy cómoda para nosotras. Gracias!

La Sra Rocío hija de la Sra María muy atenta, siempre estuvieron pendientes a cualquier inquietud, el apto estaba limpio, la cocina está bien equipaa, la zona es tranquila, cerca hay buen comercio. Excelente alojamiento.

El lugar que reservé no estaba disponible, sin embargo, Alex solucionó muy rápido y me hospedó en un apartamento con mayor comodidad y lujos. Estoy super agradecida, porque me sentí como en casa. Alex es un excelente anfitrión y sin duda me volveria a hospedar en uno de sus aptos. La única oportunidad de mejora es que pongan un repetidor de señal WIFI en la habitación principal ya que la conexión es intermitente.
