Just a small rustic garage house/art studio in a big garden. Made for the down to earth Baja traveler. A few hundred meters off MEX1 down a sandy road on the edge of a rustic village. Everything is only minutes away - fresh warm tortillas, downtown action, unpublished beaches. 7 minutes to the airport. El Centenario is the up and coming La Paz suburb - however, the roads are still rough and dusty (muddy, should it rain). This is not for you, if you prefer refined neighborhoods. NO parties!

Very cozy, confortable, new and clean. For 2 persons, small living room and kitchen. If you want to enjoy nature, rest, If you want to stay for long term, If you do not want to cook or If you want to, Casa Victoria offer you the perfect place and ambient. Great internet connection. Lovely sunset view from roof. The beautiful terrace give you space for yoga, read or have some sun. Really good restaurants are around and markets are close. There is parking inside the property. Bikes for rent.

Two-story house: the second floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom; on the ground floor, there’s a sofa bed for one person, kitchen, and dining area with access to the garden. Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the house. Secure parking for two cars. Just 13 minutes by car from the boardwalk, close to restaurants, activities, and tours. Beaches like Balandra, Tecolote, and Pichilingue are 25-30 minutes away. Car rental is recommended. I will be happy to help you!

The house is located in a quiet, family area, 4 km from the La Paz pier. The house is very nice and perfect for having a good time with family and friends. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the TV room. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a closed garage for a small/medium car, and best of all: a great patio with a private pool, barbecue, and fire pit. We'll love having you!

This was our second time staying at Kelly’s place. We stayed for a few weeks this time. Kelly is great. He is super helpful and responsive. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The view of the ocean is stunning and can be seen from the living room, bedrooms and the patio. It is wonderful to wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. Our two pups loved the large, fully fenced yard as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed a total of two months, and enjoyed our time there immensely. I would stay here again. It was tranquil, and a peaceful place to chill out. If you want beautiful sunsets, daily walks on a beach, or to explore a cactus forest or mangroves, this is the spot. Hosts were gracious and helpful. They brought over some cool handmade (by the host) patio furniture made from recycled pallets! They had everything for a long stay, including a washer and dryer!
