Our Mediterranean style villa sits on a privileged plot at one of the most desirable residential areas of Fuengirola: Torreblanca. The house boasts impressive and uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, Mijas & Benalmádena mountains and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. You won't find any other villas around as uniquely in touch with nature! This home-away-from-home is a true private oasis of calm designed to enjoy the pleasures of the 'Slow Life'. A place to relax, reload and get inspired. Watching a breathtaking sunrise with chirping birds on the terrace or night swimming at the pool with no other light but the moon and stars, are just some of the magical moments you can experience here. Do you want to go to the beach? It's just a 5-minute drive. Do you need to buy some groceries? There's a supermarket a 5-minute drive away. Fancy a dinner in a Michelin-starred restaurant? There's one a 10-minute drive…And if you don't feel like driving, there is another option: a public bus stop a few steps away from the house. Attention: ONGOING CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN A NEARBY MOUNTAIN. A new building is being built on a nearby mountain located approx. 500m away from the villa. We advise our guests that some noise might be expected during working hours and even though it’s almost inaudible from the inside it will be noticed when staying outside. Want to take a tour? The palms, the soothing sound of the water fountain and…the picture-postcard views from its large wrap-around terrace. Pure Mediterranean flare! From the terrace you will access the cozy living area presided panoramic windows with incredible views. There you will find the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a big wardrobe under the stairs (with ironing board, iron, beach and pool towels…). Each bedroom has its very own personality and lovely mountain and sea views. * Navy Bedroom: Two single beds (90x200) and double wardrobe. * Panoramic Bedroom: Canopy double bed (160x200) & triple wardrobe. Direct access to pool area. Solarium/Pool area This is probably the most stunning area of the house, immerse in nature it provides an unobstructed view of the mountains and sea. Feel at one with the nature around you! Here you'll find: * L-shaped infinity pool divided into swimming area and relax area with 2 benches with powerful massage jets * Salty pool water. We use a natural and healthy saline "chlorinator" system for treating the water. It is a wholly natural system, due to the slight level of salt in it. It contains the equivalent of the salt found in a human tear and no harmful isocianuros or chlorines (no eyes or ears infections, no hair alterations, etc). * Solar panels heating system. Water temperature will depend on the weather and climatic conditions (wind, clouds, etc). On average, on a sunny day the system will raise the water temperature +3-6°C from ambient temperature. In general, you can expect comfortable swimming temperatures from late April/early May to October.
