Excellent place to rest and have a good time with family and friends

Very comfortable stay, to be with friends, the only bad thing is that there is only one bathroom inside the house and another outside. But everything else, very clean and comfortable.

The house was even better in person! Lots of space to hang out, cook and enjoy the outdoors. We really enjoyed the partially covered pool and the hammocks overlooking the ocean. Being there felt safe and private.

Beautiful place to spend as a family or with friends, the guardian is very attentive to any needs that arise. The location to go to summer is perfect and the sale of food and supplies is not that far away. The rooms are spacious just like the bathroom fixtures and the pool is in good condition. The living room is fun to play and/or watch television.

Located in Monterrico, 3hrs from the city and 1 hr from Puerto Quetzal. My church congregation stayed here for 1 night, and everyone was highly satisfied with their experience. Spacious, offering enough rooms to comfortably accommodate 21 people, including kids. It's also very private, featuring 2 swimming pools, with the main pool being large enough for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, it includes a BBQ area, making it an ideal choice for those looking to have a private gathering or a family getaway in a relaxed and accommodating setting. Also features an outdoor dining area, which we used for our Sunday worship. Olga, a lady who lives in a separate house within the compound, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. When we forgot to bring charcoal for the BBQ, she promptly sent her son to purchase it at a reasonable cost ensuring our convenience. Overall, this place is highly convenient, and I would definitely return for another stay with a large group. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this villa with my family and we liked it a lot. Especially Victor, who is the guardian, he was very responsible and attentive to us. He did us the favor of changing the trash, giving us fire for the barbecue. I would recommend removing the futillo, as it is useless and takes up space. But from there we loved everything and especially the bubbles in the jacuzzi! We'd go back

We recommend this home. It is not fancy, but it is clean and just as described. The pool was well maintained and the walk to the beach was short and easy. The caretaker responded quickly to any needs that we had. We had a great week!

The accommodation is nice, family-friendly, with a lot of privacy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had loud music until very late in the morning. The location allowed you to enjoy the beach without being crowded with people, very private and quiet.

Lovely place, really calm area if you are looking for a place to relax. So great that is in front of the beach and that you have immediate access to it. Host was very responsive, the place was beautiful with great view.
