Villa Anita Isabel was beautiful! We had a great stay, we felt welcomed, safe, and peaceful. The villa was clean, organized, quiet, in safe location, and beautiful inside and out. The host Daniel was super welcoming and nice, provided great instructions and responsive. I will definitely stay at this location again!

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

We’ve traveled a lot over the years, and this is without a doubt the most beautiful and best-located home we’ve ever rented. The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over Playa La Playita and the Bay of Rincón is simply unforgettable. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. We recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return ❤️

We plan to return ! Stephanie was a great host! All her recommendations were amazing, from restaurants to hiking! We came here for a big family trip and they were all impressed. Her team was amazing, especially Raquel. The pool and community are so beautiful.

Veronique was super responsive, kind and friendly. I enjoyed the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the action in Las Terrenas. I loved the location where I needed to slow down and enjoy the comfort of like being at home. It had everything needed to serve up great home cooked meals. I only ate out twice during my stay and enjoyed utilizing a quad to explore the town that Veronique had waiting for me upon my arrival. I will definitely stay here again and probably will; same time next year. The home didn’t disappoint and the pics are exactly what was presented. There is a true up of electricity usage at the end which came up to about $10 US for the 9 days of my stay.

Great place! The best Airbnb I have been at. No complaints whatsoever. If you find fault with this place you need to find yourself a good therapist. Felt safe and right at home upon arrival. Perfect place to stay in Las Terranas!

The place was exactly what was in the picture its a great spacious home. Very comfortable and in a wonderful area the home needs a little more TLC and it would be great. We had a few issues but fanny right away fixed. My only big complain was that the water through out the house smelled really bad i believe it was coming from The water tank “tinaco” in the dominican republic its very common i believe it needs some cleaning.

The home was beautiful and spacious for a family group and the pool was so much fun. Everything was clean and comfortable and they were kind enough to let us borrow an air mattress. Truly the perfect stay for a bigger group. The house was friendly and accommodating and the man who lets you in was very helpful. The only thing I will say we had an issue with was finding the house but that was sorted out. Would definitely visit this house again!

Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

We really fell in love with Villa Lomita. This charming Caribbean house is located in a quiet and green residence. We particularly enjoyed the shady and intimate terrace, and the large pool. The location is ideal: everything is done on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, etc.) I was able to telework in excellent conditions thanks to a reliable internet connection and two well-equipped workspaces. A peaceful and comfortable place, just perfect! Thank you to Mélissa for her kindness and the quality of her hospitality.

We will be back soon, the villa and the environment where it is located are perfect, ideal to have a good time with family and friends

The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

The villa is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean, the hosts were very friendly and collaborators, the pool was clean, the beach nearby. My family really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely come back.

This is my favorite beach villa. The host is super friendly and have amazing staff onsite to help you with everything you need.

My husband and I stayed here for our honey moon! It was everything that we needed and the host was super helpful with everything from the ATV to a taxi to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Yamille was quick to respond Wanda the keeper was wonderful nice and accommodating . Great space and location loved it 😍. Only advice is to be a bit more specific to where the location is IE . next to big car wash / Night club . ( closes before midnight ) . No noise heard from apartment . Very quiet . I didn’t see any signs of the complex but people were very nice in area to help me find . security at gate ❤️ Felt safe and secure . The beach was a dream. Breakfast on the beach very inexpensive and good . Not too many people on beach and it was clean just wonderful. Will be coming again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved this accommodation, we felt at home, very cozy apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay, communication with the hosts, especially Chiara, is undoubtedly on our favorites list. 20/10

We really enjoyed our stay. Carlos and Luz were very accommodating and responsive. They gave us guide recommendations for the Salto Limon waterfall and even let us park within easy walking distance to the park entrance. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we loved how big it was...we all had space to spread out. The yard had beautiful flowers and it was easy to park. We would stay again!
