Cuenta con cocina-comedor full equipada, WIFI, TV Cable, terraza techada, quincho con asadera, piscina y un bosque con árboles nativos, hamacas y juegos para niños. Tiene estacionamiento.

En invierno, suelen haber cortes de luz y agua en el sector por unas horas, debido a las inclemencias climáticas.
