Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in El Menzah

Soufia was there when we arrived late (our plane was delayed). She took the time to explain to us how the apartment works and the surrounding area. She lives upstairs on the property. Very nice property surrounded by an intimate garden. Several plants and trees are planted, so beautiful scenery. There are cats in the garden. The interior of the apartment is well decorated and clean. We felt comfortable right away… The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

Cozy apartment that matches the photos. Perfect for our stay. the terrace is awesome! Feet in the water apartment. Quiet neighborhood, close to the city center on foot. Thanks to Émilie for her responsiveness and flexibility for our departure!

We always love coming back, a very friendly welcome and a very relaxed and beautiful house by the beach. Perfect.

The villa was even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed the yard a lot. Sonia, who welcomed us, was friendly. The villa is in a quiet location, but still within walking distance of a convenience store and restaurants. The only downside for us was the lack of some cooking utensils, but that's not very important. If I'm back in La Marsa, this is where I'll be staying!

If I go to the same place again, I would definitely prefer it.

Christine was very responsive to the slightest question, the apartment is very well decorated, everything is well maintained, there is the essential with a charming terrace. The advantage of this apartment is that it is very bright with a very panoramic view of the Gammarth forest and a distant view of the sea. And the place is very quiet to rest. We'll definitely be back.

During my three nights here, I had an amazing experience. The flat was completely occupied, spotless and functional, with all the appliances in the kitchen and other areas functioning properly.

We are always delighted to come back to Héla's. She is a very nice, adorable person, always attentive to her guests, always ready to help. We recommend to anyone caring and respectful wishing to stay in Tunis to come with confidence to Hela's apartment.

Apartment nicely located in the city center of Tunis, Medina is less than 10 minutes walk, main boulevard 2 minutes walk and supermarket 4 minutes walk. The apartment is not super big but has everything you need, nice bed and shower, furnished kitchen. Haouas and his brother Heni have been super helpful for all our needs, totally recommended!

The property is fantastic, really welcoming, and sophisticated. I felt home once I walked in . She is a wonderful & great person , available whenever you ask for a help ,she is really very helpful. The best place to stay in the Medina of Tunis. Clean and comfy with a beautiful rooftop view. Hayfa was an amazing, helpful, and responsive host. I can not recommend this place enough!!

Clean, cute and smelling place, as well as a good location. The neighborhood is quiet, which is an advantage when you land on the balcony. Mohamed is very kind of you. He is helpful and very responsive to the slightest request. Recommended +++

Everything worked out great, my husband was there for one night because he had an important appointment nearby. He was very kindly received by Zeineb's father, and he felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was beautifully furnished & there was a beautiful balcony! Upon request, we were told that we could even check out a little later. We are completely satisfied and will gladly take the apartment again!

Good place

The place was clean, the same as the photos, and very cozy! We had a great time at Chema's place. Restaurants are nearby, the place is well located to visit everywhere without driving too much, and a food store is just around the corner. The garden was a real plus and we loved having breakfast on the terrace. In addition, Chema is very welcoming and very responsive when needed! We'll be back for a future stay at this listing.

I am someone who knows Tunisia in and out, and getting a reliable place with an honest host is not easy. It has been an amazing journey and Aymen has been a fantastic host, very accommodating, super responsive and just a perfect host - easy going, honest, and helpful. What else would you need ? The apartment is very nice and as the pictures.
