Through the renovation works, the historic brick walls have been exposed and extensively restored. In the old wine cellar of the house is now a fully equipped cozy country-style kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) with a dining area as well as its own fireplace. The bed of the bedroom La AMARA Louis has a large and comfortable mattress (160*200). On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm). Open-plan living room and kitchen with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed by a flight of steps from the lower terrace. This is an expansive area so there are new houses being built nearby. It doesn't bother much as it's not right next door. In front of the apartment there will not be construction.
