We have 1 bedroom with private bathroom, bed of 2 squares 1/2 and tv; the 2nd room with 1 bed and a bunk bed of 2plazas and 1 1/2 squares, parking lot. It does not INCLUDE SOCIAL AREAS, so the price. If you want the social areas and your stay have values directly with the hotel.

The apartment is independent, furnished, comfortable, very bright, clean, and easy to access. You can share an outdoor area of gardens and living areas under trees. The location is strategic: two blocks from Mall del Pacifico and two blocks from El Murciélago beach. Connects with Ave. Flavio Reyes, which has bars, restaurants, churches, supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, and wide sidewalks for walking. The area is safe and equidistant from downtown.
