El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

Lugar con una espacio muy bien organizado, fui con mi amiga y cada una teníamos nuestro baño lo que nos pareció super, muy céntrico por lo que íbamos caminando a los restaurantes y lugares como Provenza, cerca del tren por lo que también nos movilizamos sin problemas, lugar limpio, no tengo ninguna observación, muy recomendable

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Carlos was very responsive, when he learnt that was coming in very early in the morning, he adjusted the calendar so no one occupied the apartment the day before, that helped me to check-in early. Even with the confusion from the guards, it took a few minutes and all was sorted out. Very quiet inside, makes you think Provenza nightlife is not across the street. Visitors check in was very easy and the guards were very helpful. Once again, Carlos thank you for the warm welcome , I will definitely consider recommending and staying there on my next visit. -Ivan

Great little apartment! Needed to uber to get to most places but never more than a 10 minute drive. Clean, great view, all amenities worked great- no complaints. Would definitely recommend. Concierge is very helpful too, and I felt safe the whole time.

I loved staying here. The area is super quiet (difficult to find in Colombia!), and the space was very clean and comfortable. There is a lot of greenery outside the balcony, so you wake up to the sound of birds in the morning as well as a stunning view of Medellín. There was also flexibility with my checkin and checkout times which was very appreciated. Had issues with the Netflix and Internet which was a little annoying, but overall, I definitely recommend this spot!

The place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have any windows, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Otherwise, a great stay overall

Absolutely loved our stay here. This is right in the thick of Provenza - tons of walkable restaurants and shops and clubs. The building itself though is quiet and peaceful. The huge windowed doors open up onto an incredible green view of trees and a stream. Amazing during a rainstorm. The Internet was quite good - I was getting about 200mbps while testing it. The building felt very high security. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

So much to love about this place. Excellent, safe location to explore laureles by foot. So many restaurants, cafes, gyms, stores and dance studios nearby. The apartment itself was serene spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings are a rare luxury. A/C and ceiling fans will keep you comfy. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in medellin. It’s a beautiful well appointed space. Alejandra the cleaner is super friendly and she’ll do your laundry for you as needed. Keenan is an excellent host. There was a minor issue and he went out of his way to repair it and offer me alternatives. He is the kind of host that is concerned about treating his guests well.

Great place and location. Very responsive host and amazing view of Medellín. The area is very beautiful and even the staff of the building were extremely helpful and friendly. Another hidden gem was the store on the 4th floor that has everything from food and snacks and supplies. Even eggs for breakfast! Always greeted with a smile. Would recommend this host and experience for everyone!

David and his father are top-tier hosts. They received me warmly and promptly responded to any issues, concerns, or questions I had. The bed was cozy and the desk was elite - I was able to really lock in on my business from the comfort of this work station. There's some noise from the street during the day, but the internet speeds are exceptional and, frankly, better than any other place I've stayed in this area. A five-minute walk from La 70 and a 10-minute walk from the heart of Laureles, this place gets my stamp of approval as a digital nomad with ~3 years of experience living in Medellin.

La ayuda y familiaridad con la que atiende Isabel permitió que mi familia tuviera unas vacaciones inolvidables. La hospitalidad con la que Carolina apoyo para todo lo relacionado con El hospedaje fue increíble. De seguro una próxima visita a Medellín siempre trataré de hacerlo con Isabel.

Definitivamente que Parceros House es uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que hemos estado, somos nómadas y trabajar desde este lugar fue increíble, tienen el mejor coworking, te hacen sentir como en casa, puntos extras a los hosts y a Carolina que es la encargada de la limpieza del lugar, siempre con la mejor actitud en ayudar. Me quedé un mes en el alojamiento de María. Es un lugar muy bonito rodeado de muchos arboles, ubicado en una zona tranquila si no quieres mucho ruido alrededor, además tiene sus cortinas blackout. Maria es muy atenta cuando le escribía respondía rápidamente. La única área de mejora que propondría es al menos poner un microondas, una cocina más equipada para largas estancias y un secador de pelo. De resto todo perfecto !

My stay was amazing! Alejandro was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Marta was also very kind, checking in on me and always ready to help. I really appreciated their hospitality and support. I felt comfortable and well taken care of—highly recommend!
