Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

I don't usually stay in Provenza, but the unit looked really well located / well designed / big. While the building is old (enough that I was a little concerned when I arrived), the moment I opened the door I was blown away - super industrial but somehow "homey" feel - super spacious, well laid out, lots of open space. Rick and his team were super helpful / friendly, and they warned me ahead of time that there was construction going on - it was barely noticeable. Great location - easy walking distance to everything in Provenza, HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Five out of five stars!

Great location and area. Hosts were extremely responsive to our initial needs. WiFi had issues at time, but nothing major. Security guards were cool & made checking in seamless! Would stay again!!

Gustavo was amazing, responded within minutes of sending him a message. Made the stay much better. He had a person cleaning the apartment every 3 days, he also arranged for someone to do our laundry. The apartment is surrounded by restaurant , right in front of Parque Poblado, walking around felt safe. I recommend this apartment. I will definitely stay there again. The host is amazing.

Plus, the location is fantastic! Smartfit gym is just a 3-minute walk away, along with great breakfast spots and a pharmacy nearby. Getting around was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Overall. I enjoyed my time at this Airbnb. Very clean, very nice, minor issues. But they were always available and willing to help me whenever I had an issue and I appreciate that. Security on the property is immaculate! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys for having me.
