Holiday rentals with a patio in El Portil

Residential area out of town but easily walkable and cheap Uber ride. Apartment is spacious and clean and tidy. Rodrigo was communicative and attentive. Good value for money. Have no hesitation in recommending.

Beautiful apartment, as described plus more. Very clean, every room and all linen smelt clean and fresh! Great location and although residential parking area, we always managed to find a space in one of the surrounding roads. Gorgeous terrace with stunning views of the evening sunsets. Walkable to the town centre, local supermarkets and easy to get to the river for any walkers/runners. Will definitely return. Thank you Carmen 😊

Todo perfecto. La casa estaba limpia y tenía todo lo básico para pasar unos días. Desde un principio buena y rápida comunicación con el anfitrión. La casa está al lado de la calle Ancha, pero aún así no hay ruido por las noches. Muy cerca de la playa. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia.

Tivemos uma estadia fantástica em família (3 adultos e 3 crianças) nesta casa maravilhosa! Desde o início, a comunicação com o hospedeiro foi excelente — sempre disponível, com indicações úteis e relevantes que facilitaram muito a nossa chegada e estadia. A casa estava perfeitamente preparada para receber famílias com crianças: encontramos cadeiras de alimentação, banheira para bebé, toalhas de praia, guarda-sol, secador de cabelo e muitos outros detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. A localização é ótima, numa zona muito tranquila, ideal para descansar. A piscina com água aquecida foi um dos pontos altos — perfeita para relaxar com os mais pequenos. A praia próxima também é muito calma, ideal para as crianças correrem e brincarem à vontade. Em termos de conveniência, há supermercados a menos de 5 minutos de carro, e mesmo ao lado da casa há uma farmácia e um café com pão delicioso (1 minuto de carro). Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir.

El apartamento pequeñito pero muy cómodo estuvimos 3 personas y estuvimos bien, es muy coqueto y limpio, que puedas aparcar al lado es un gran punto a favor. Karl fue un encanto preocupándose de nuestra estancia y de si necesitábamos algo y nos dejó entrar antes ya que no tuvo inquilinos la noche antes que nos vino muy bien. La zona muy tranquila justo para desconectar y próxima a otros pueblos con más bullicio. Nuestra estancia fue genial lo recomiendo y seguramente repetiremos. Gracias por todo Karl.

We absolutely loved our stay at casa do vale! The villa is stunning, very spacious and stylish. We were 6 adults and a baby and had everything we needed! Perfect that there are 3 bathrooms and we loved the outdoor shower! Kitchen was very well stocked and great to have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The pool is amazing though could do with another umbrella for a bit of extra shade when it’s very hot. The gardens around the villa are also so lovely. Feels very private and peaceful. There is a small shop a 5 minute walk away which is excellent for topping up on essentials. Bigger shops and bars/ restaurants are only a short drive away. Very easy to get Ubers into Tavira and Olhão also. Overall had an excellent holiday staying at Michelle’s place - would highly recommend!

The house was great. Perfect position if you want to be staying in central Tavira. Jean-Louis and Lee were very welcoming, efficient, kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We are just back from a week's stay and would highly recommend this house & would like thank Cristina & Salvador. The location is very central and close to all the restaurants / cafes & shops. Also it was a short walk to the boat out to Tavira Island & the Train station in Tavira which we recommend for day trips. Eating in was made all the easier with all the local fresh produce found at the market and the roof top terrace made for relaxing peaceful evenings.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, very well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s in a perfect location , just a short walk to the boat that takes you to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The area itself is incredibly charming and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area where we grilled a few meals, and the beautiful lemon tree — we picked fresh lemons and made delicious lemonade! The bathrooms were clean and in great condition too. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a great stay, it’s a great place for peaceful relaxation. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is great to cool off in.

We stayed at Ruben’s villa, which has a swimming pool and is located in a unique setting, surrounded by olive groves. The house has everything needed to enjoy a stay. Ruben had given us a map of the area to help us find the house in a certain location. However, it’s actually easier, since the road where the villa is located has a name — “Calle la Hoya” — and it’s enough to enter that in Apple Maps. The geographical location is ideal, as it allows us to access both the beaches of towns like Isla Cristina and Moguer, as well as the Sierra de Aracena, where you can visit the “Dehesas,” which are natural areas with oak, holm oak, and cork trees that provide food for the Iberian pig. For visitors looking to escape the usual tourist routine, this is the perfect place.

O apartamento localiza-se numa urbanização tipo condomínio fechado, num bloco com a melhor vista de todo o empreendimento. No terraço/ varanda de trás encontramos tudo para desfrutar das vistas e do bom tempo, sofás e cadeirões, almofadas e 2 espreguiçadeiras. No interior, as fotografias falam por si, mas tudo é uma preciosidade, sobretudo para quem aprecia detalhes. O único senão é o facto de a piscina ter horário restrito, é pena não dar para ir de manhã. De resto, precisa de ir de carro para fazer compras, tomar refeições, ir à praia, etc. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten und blitzsauberen Appartement. Filipe war jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar und hat uns auch proaktiv kontaktiert. Das Appartement liegt sehr nahe an netten Restaurants und zum Bootsanleger an den Strand. Es waren immer freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Appartmentanlage. Die beiden zum Appartment gehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplätze haben wir nicht benötigt. Vielen Dank, Filipe, für die Möglichkeit den Check-out ein wenig nach hinten zu legen und für die vielen guten Restauranttipps. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Cabanas de Tavira und in Ihrem schönen Apartment.

Genial todo. La disponibilidad, simpatía y atención de las anfitriona(s) un 10! Me sentí como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida 😊. El apartamento esta de "capricho", hay de todo y todo limpio como nuevo, no le falta detalle, ascensor que llega al garaje para cuando vienes cargado, restaurantes a 3 minuto andando pero que no se oye el ruido (suelo dormir mal y aquí no me he levantado nunca antes de las 10:00), la playa a 5 minutos andando. Gracias a Vanessa por su atencion y a Eva que siempre estuvo pendiente, atenta, disponible par a cualquier cosa que necesitase. ¿ Que mas se puede pedir? Recomendable 100% y repetiré sin duda!.. se me ha hecho cortísimo 😊

Elvira war jederzeit erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Die große Dachterasse mit Blick über Tavira ist ein Traum! An heißen Sommertagen kühlt die Wohnung leider auch nachts kaum ab, damit sollte man im Dachgeschoss natürlich auch rechnen. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum, beim Supermarkt oder bei der Fähre Richtung Strand. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit :)

Diese Unterkunft ist in einem wunderschönen kleinen Ort. In der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen traumhaften Strand den man mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen kann. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tollen Urlaub in Portugal.

Una casa preciosa, super acogedora para una familia, todo super limpio y cómodo. A parte la anfitriona nos puso una cunita para nuestro bebé, la comunicación con ella fue excelente, pendiente de si necesitábamos algo en cualquier momento. Super recomendable
