Pet-friendly holiday rentals in El Refugio

loved it. the only problems were the house junker wasnincorrect, but easily corrected over the phone.l, ideally 1 fan per room, coffee and tea would bhavan been great. the showers quite badly. hope they get this sorted. would definitely stay again even with the floods

We’ve stayed in many ABnB’s over the years and this one was hands-down, our favorite. We stayed a full month here and it felt like home after a few days. The house is well stocked and furnished and we wanted for nothing. The master bed is very comfortable (the guest room Is pretty firm) and the A/C units worked so well and kept us wonderfully comfortable in the hottest month of the year (not available in most units!) The Wi-fI worked great- no issues. We did lose power several times a week, always at night and it never lasted more than 10 mins at a time. The location was great, there are many restaurants, veggie stores, taco stands, and convenience stores within walking distance, including a full grocery store. The place to refill the water is a half a block away. Downtown Queretaro is a short Uber ride away and big stores like Costco, Sam’s, HEB and Walmart are 15-20 mins in a reasonably priced Uber. All in all, this was a great place to stay and we’ll definitely stay again!

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SPACIOUS, VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, JUST LIKE THE DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RENT IT AGAIN. THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME IS THAT THERE WAS NO LIGHT, BUT APPARENTLY DUE TO A GENERAL LACK OF LIGHT. WITHOUT THAT DETAIL, EVERYTHING WOULD BE GREAT.

Excellent location, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need, maybe a fan would be left in the living/dining room. Communication with the host was excellent too, he was always available.

Excellent place to stay in Queretaro in one of the best areas of the city, it has many squares and places nearby. The house is super equipped, it has everything you need to cook, the linens are super clean, everything is very clean in the house, there was no negative detail, the hot water from the shower was great, he left us supplies like water, coffee and paper. He was always on the lookout, sharing the arrival and location data in time. He was also very accessible with the check in and let us in early. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

We were using Luis's house, a group of colleagues from the company. The house is very nice, large, as shown in the photos and description. Luis is a super host, always attentive to my requests and messages. The truth was a super spacious stay, unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of it so much but it was definitely just what we expected. Thank you Luis

The place is highly recommended, since it is a private neighborhood, the photos match the place, the pool is warm so it is ideal if you go with small children, very grateful for all the attentions that are always available and with good communication

Reviewing a small leak in the main shower, and the door to the service area, otherwise everything was fine, they were always attentive to what we asked and felt great!

Comfortable and pleasant stay, a beautiful view of the garden. The house is clean and has everything you need.

The room is as advertised. The bed is comfortable, Netflix was included on the TV (Although I don't know if this was someone's oversight who left their account logged in). It does not have air conditioning, but it is not really needed, the wall fan is more than enough. The area is very quiet and has many restaurants, but there is no self-service store nearby, although there is a small store at the entrance of the condominium that is stocked. The truth is that for the price, it is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I return to Queretaro.

The apartment is much better than in the photographs, my family, my pets and I were very comfortable 😊 Very quiet place, no noise, comfortable mattresses, very clean and I like that it had a TV in each bedroom, I will definitely book it again on our next visit.

Everything was excellent, it matches the description, a very quiet area and an excellent location, my stay was very short but it was excellent, I recommend it without hesitation, very comfortable beds, everything was impeccable, at all times they were very kind and always in communication, of course I would return.
