I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

Great accomodation!! One. Of the best i stayed in. We did a mistake during check out and made an error with the dates. But wessam and Ahmed helped me find another great place to stay that extra night . Totally recommend it! And them!

Great stay overall. Just the incident of having to wait to check in was a little inconvenient but other than that, would definitely recommend this place.

Cozy apartment for our family of 4. Quiet, smooth check-in, responsive host. The garden could use a swing or tree bed, but overall a great stay.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and Mr. Ahmed was very nice and welcoming for our stay. He was very flexible for our check in and check out. That was the best because everyone knows when your long flights lands very early and check in isn’t until 3, it would be a pain. Mr. Ahmed was very nice to let us come early and rest after our flight.

This is our second time staying at Ahmed’s place, and we loved it both times. We were supposed to stay at another Airbnb initially but we ran into problems with it being extremely dirty, so we cancelled and booked with Ahmed and he responded immediately with the code to give us access. We were going to be stuck in the streets with all of our luggage’s but thankfully Ahmed was ready to communicate immediately. The area is wonderful and is close to everything you want and need, I can’t recommend staying here enough if you’re looking for a place in Madinaty. Thank you Ahmed!

I had a great stay here, I was amazed when I first walked in.. the property is even better than the pictures. Mostafa was super kind and helpful, he was always on hand if I had a question and recommended nearby locations to visit. The compound itself was very safe and peaceful. The pool area was lovely and there were a few parks dotted around for the kids too. Shops, restaurants etc were just a short walk away so location was perfect. I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back to Egypt. Thank you Mostafa
