Apartment holiday rentals in El Rosarito

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Great spot to stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The view of 3 surf breaks from the hot tub was awesome. There were a couple good places to eat within a short walk. Only minuses would be the not walker friendly zone and road noise. The walk down the dirt road was chill and the beach walking was good, but getting to other zones required an uber.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area we’d stay here again!

This is hands down our best find in Airbnb Mexico! Located at the Zona Hotelera, this place has everything you can ask for and more! We were very happy to stay here and we didn’t drive more than five minutes to get supplies or gas. I highly recommend this place. Plus, they have Patricio 🐶 to greet you and take you to your new space. Thanks!

Beautiful, modern, clean condo with an incredible pool, gym and other amenities. Beach access was a bit challenging, but overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, Unweit des Centro und zum Meer. Zu den nächsten Badestränden ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut geschnitten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Mornings began with tropical bird songs and breakfast on the sunny deck with a view of the Sea of Cortez. The bed was very comfortable, the shower luxurious, and the kitchen well-equipped for simple meals. We enjoyed a few refreshing swims in the shared pool. Erika was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Restaurants and shops in Costa Azul and San José del Cabo were just a short Uber ride away. We also rented a car to explore the area and loved visiting the nearby Palmilla public beach. The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, which made us feel safe and relaxed. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Great stay! Walkable to club pool and gym. Nearby marketplace for local shopping needs. Exactly as pictured and very easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely recommend and return.

Perfectly set up for a couple, couples, or a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was there for our use if we wanted. All appliances were new and the convenience of a washer and dryer was appreciated. A great getaway spot. It was our first Air BnB experience and we would do it again. All the locals who Suzanne had help us were friendly and accommodating. The complex is well patrolled so we always felt safe. Even on our one rainy day we were able to keep amused with games and puzzles, all available in the condo. It was very quiet. We never heard any noise from neighbours above

Wonderful stay! Perfect place to get away for a few days. Warm pools, friendly locals, felt like we had our own private beach. Tons of great places to eat within walking distance. The entire trip was a 10/10. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful gem. I can’t wait to come back!🩷

The location was great and really easy to get around. The apartment looked just like the photos, with amazing views! Dalia was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic spot for our group. We were trying to get some work and pleasure in and Maks place was perfect for that. Internet was fast in the living space and balcony but not great on the roof. The views are impecable and the rooftop is a fantastic space to lounge. Communication with Mak and his team was top notch and they were super helpful throughout our stay. As previously noted there is some construction going on next door, but we did not find this to be too inconvenient, although the music playing from the sporting courts next door was loud until at least 11pm, only mildly bothersome when inside at night. Not a super walkable area but a quick and cheap uber to most places was not a big deal, and the peace of being a bit further from downtown and the spectacular views made it well worth it. Overall would highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly as the photos showed which was great. Also a plus was that it has a very well stocked kitchen. We didn’t have to scramble to buy things like wine glasses or a corkscrew. We used the BBQ on the deck for red snapper one night which was a bonus. La Comer supermarket is a 3 mins drive away and you can get everything you need there. We took a lot of Ubers in the evening to go to the old town and it was never more than $5-6. Great surf spots very close…. Zippers, the rock and old man’s. While I remember, Ben was a great communicator and was incredibly flexible with both check in and check out. One of our best Airbnb stays!!

Kylie’s place was fantastic. Right on the ocean, great restaurants within walking distance. She responded quickly to all our questions, and we loved that it came with surfboards so we didn’t have to rent. Street noise was not an issue, we barely even noticed it. Balcony was stunning.

This was a great, quiet place to stay just a couple minute walk from the marina and associated restaurants/activities. The room was clean and the host was very accommodating to our needs.

Ana’s place was perfect for our family! It is very comfortable and spacious. It was impeccably cleaned and very well appointed. Moreover, it is very conveniently located: walking distance to the beach, as well as many shops and restaurants, and a short drive from the supermarket and other amenities. Our kids enjoyed the pool which is a step away from to the condo. There is no ocean view, but it is quiet and adjacent to the golf course. Ana was very responsive and welcoming. She gave us many recommendations and helped us find the place easily. Overall, it was the perfect “pied à terre” to explore San Jose, Cabo and its surroundings. We would love to come back another time.

Our stay at Club La Costa was wonderful! The condo unit was very clean and extremely well equipped with a large starter jug of water, a large bag of ice, hand soap, etc. Even a full box of saran wrap and aluminum foil! The condo was very neat and clean and beautifully appointed with Mexican-themed decor. Our unit was overlooking a beautiful view of gorgeous cacti and super close to the largest pool and hot tub in the complex. Downtown San Jose del Cabo, the beach and shopping at La Comer and Le Chedraui were all within comfortable walking distance for us. We would definitely stay again!

John’s apartment is lovely! Great views of the ocean and pool. Everything was tidy & worked out great for us. Highly recommend!
