We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in San Miguel de Allende! The house is even more charming and spacious in person than in the photos, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The location couldn’t be better — just a short, scenic walk to the heart of Centro, but tucked away on a peaceful street that feels like a true retreat. The outdoor spaces, especially the rooftop terrace, were incredible — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets with sweeping views of the city. The bedrooms were all comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Every detail felt cared for, and the property was spotless. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, making check-in and the entire stay completely seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable experience in San Miguel!

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views. Great home for a large group. Very safe area with security. Very near attractions and near fantastic grocery stores but not walkable. Very responsive hosts easy to reach by phone.

Thank you Beatriz and Carlos for a beautiful and magical experience in SMA! From the moment we arrived at their home we were welcomed with warmth and love like we were family. We were given a home tour and insight to the centuries old Mexican history of the property. The location of the home is perfect. It was like stepping into a beautiful and colorful story book every morning. Centro, shopping, restaurants and parks are all within a short walking distance. The home captivates and maintains the Spanish Colonial décor and history, while providing modern amenities. Beatriz and Carlos were prompt and responsive to any questions or needs. The home was fully stocked and had every need, along with some Mexican treats and goodies they provided. We fell in love with SMA and their beautiful home on Hermanos Aldama street. Thank you Beatriz and Carlos for making our first trip to SMA a wonderful experience!

Good place to stay good get away for the weekend

First & foremost, if I could, I would give this place a higher rating than 5 stars! Talk about beautiful, wow! If you are planning a vacation to San Miguel.... look no more this is the place you need to stay! Featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, this secluded mountain villa is tucked away from the noise and hustle of everyday life, it offered absolute peace, stunning views and a cozy, modern charm. It is well equipped with all the essentials you will need. Mornings were filled with amazing sun rises & evening sunsets were a delicate treat. Prashant not only designed & built this oasis, but from a host standpoint - he is the best! We were so thankful for him & all his recommendations. Highly recommend Casa Eterea if you're craving solitude, nature, and a true break from the world. Book the massages, go horseback riding up the mountain, experience it all - you will leave this place feeling fulfilled!

Eszter’s home is even better than the photos. It’s on a private way, very well maintained and tastefully decorated with some wonderful Mexican art and crafts. Her lovely housekeeper welcomed us and offered breakfast in the morning. We hope to return.

To say this home is special is an understatement. I've traveled around the world many times (as have the 4 women who came), and this place has is understated Old World elegance. It was difficult to understand the layout of the home before going even tho' we asked several questions. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (1 of which is upstairs via a gorgeous staircase). There is a separate apartment that connects via a second courtyard off the living room. It is spread over 3 floors...the bottom is a sitting room/bar, the 2nd a small room with twin beds, the 3rd level a bedroom on the top terrace & bathroom. The owners were very responsive. The week we were there it was 95+ degrees. While the bedrooms have AC, the units on the top floors couldn't keep the units cool without an added fan. The owner was so kind to even offer me her personal apartment next door due to the heat, however, an additional fan cooled off my room and it wasn't necessary. VERY SPECIAL PROPERTY.

Erin’s place is simply the best AirB&B we’ve encountered, and we’ve stayed in many. The layout is amazing. With 2 internal courtyards and a rooftop sun deck, it really brings nature and the outside in. The beds and furniture were cozy and comfortable, and it is tastefully decorated. The colors are vibrant and interesting, but not audacious. Rosio and Omar greeted us upon our arrival, and they are so kind and helpful. We even had a mid-stay cleaning, where the new flowers and arrangements really spruced up an already amazing stay Finally, the location is a short walk to the city core, with so many nearby attractions and restaurants. Erin, thank you so much for sharing your treasure and making our first SMA visit even more magical! We will certainly come back.
