Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.

We are in Villa Potrerillos, we are located about ten blocks from the bus stop. The lake and hotel puderillos are a 5 minute drive. At the villa we have stalls, restaurants, pantry and a pharmacy. Also an adventure tourism company. The view of our cabin is unique, it is on the top and by its windows you can appreciate the surroundings from indoors or from the outdoor deck.
