The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

Had a lovely stay. The view and proximity to the Great Pyramid was amazing…highly recommend. The atmosphere in the home with the kittens and staff on hand was always peaceful and clean, and any questions or needs were readily handled by Hassan, the home manager. We mainly had breakfast in the home and ate other meals out. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. The same thing was served each day; however, variety was accommodated on request and was equally good. There were two of us renting the entire home so hot water seemed plentiful. WiFi was a bit spotty but we were able to navigate it. We used Mahmoud as the recommended driver and he was the best…highly recommend. For a guide, we used Miriam as recommended by the home neighbor and friend Kareem, and she was equally great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also, for assisting with a few pictures, she had a good eye and was accommodating and took lovely shots. Overall, a great experience.

La interaccion con George fue magnifica, mas que perfecta, respondio todos los mensajes muy rapido, la aerolinea nos perdio una valija y tuvimos que dar un numero de Egipto, le dimos el de el, y nos ayudo en todo momento, solo palabras de agradecimiento, el departamento un lujo, un espectaculo, tenia de todo, super completo todo, habia un supermercado donde podes pagar con tarjeta literalmente a 3 puertas, la av principal a 60 metros sin dudas ha sido todo excelente, los recomiendo 100%

The place is great and has all you need for a good stay. Air conditioning worked perfect in the rooms. It’s walkable to many restaurants and museum. And a close taxi ride other attractions. Yousra and Ahmed were great and very responsive. Just be aware the elevator only goes up and not down.

Mazen was great communicator and respectful. The apartment was fabulous clean and comfortable. It’s exactly match the description and photos. We would love to back again.

A 10/10 stay, Audrey was so hospitable and welcomed us with multiple snacks and chocolates, was always nearby for whenever we wanted to ask about anything, and was super helpful throughout our stay! The room and balcony were beautiful, and a new AC had just been installed The location is in the heart of Mounira, making it easy for tourists to navigate everywhere freely. While the surrounding area is centrally located, it's not particularly walkable, so I recommend using Uber to get around comfortably Still, the place felt special, and if you're into experiencing old Cairo vibes (high ceilings, character-filled buildings), this spot is a perfect fit!:)

I spent in total 5 beautiful days at Zoe’s apartment in the Garden City. She is a very attentive and caring host. Both her and her partner Umar acted very nicely throughout and really helpful. Will miss Tata, the dog - the sweetest creature (loves to bark but I think it the way to socialize, did not bother me at all). I am really sensitive to mattresses in the places I don’t know and here had very comfortable sleep. Garden city is the great neighborhood to stay if you visit Cairo for the first time - convenient to reach and felt super safe even at night.

Insanely great value given that this is pretty much the safest part of the city. Jonathan is a super awesome host as well. Only complaint was that the bathroom was pretty dirty (specifically the shower), but probably not enough to warrant removing a star. Recommended 👍🏼

This lovely 2-bedroom flat in Cairo downtown, truly impressed me in every way. The location couldn't be better, Tahrir Square and Nile just a short walk away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, filled with sunlight, and extremely cozy. Everything inside from the furniture to the kitchen appliances is brand new and top quality. The air conditioning in every room worked flawlessly, keeping the space refreshingly cool even in the peak of summer. Both bedrooms felt like peaceful, private sanctuaries, with big windows that showcased breathtaking city views. The entire place was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and stocked with everything needed for a hassle free and pleasant stay. Whether you're visiting Cairo for work, tourism, or just to unwind, this apartment offers the ideal place to stay.

My stay in Saleh place was lovely experience. I would like to rent it again and I do recommend his place for whom likes to see the great of Cairo.

Our only reason for giving Zacki five stars is because ten stars was not available. This is a beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood. A large shopping mall with a food court is only a block away, as is Spinney’s which is one of Egypt’s premier grocery markets. We did not experience the water heater outage that some others have described. We found Ahmed, the co-host to be friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our requests or suggestions.

Our stay at Maged’s place in Cairo was truly exceptional. Communication was effortless, with clear instructions and quick responses. Maged even helped us arrange a private car, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The large balcony overlooked a famous mosque and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The gated property felt completely safe and secure. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Maged’s father, Mr. Mohy Elprince. His calm, kind, and generous presence made us feel instantly at home. He helped us with anything we needed, brought us delicious local Koshary, and even gifted us lovely souvenirs from Egypt. His thoughtfulness touched our hearts. Maged was also respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for such a warm and memorable experience. We’ll always cherish it and definitely hope to return when we visit Cairo.

Aziz is a super host. Always in touch. He has a very clean and spacious apartment, which is rare in Cairo. The apartments have high speed internet. Everything that is stated in the ad, everything matches. Nearby shops, cafes, pharmacies. The price matches the quality. I can recommend these apartments, because other apartments in Cairo come with unpleasant surprises (((MANDATORY AND PLEASED TO COME AGAIN! THANKS FOR THE HOSTING!

We had a fabulous stay at Ranwa’s in Zamalek while visiting for a wedding. It was a peaceful haven in the centre of Cairo. Ranwa was flexible and helpful in messaging. The rooms are spacious and light. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot water is a bit tricky but does work. We would highly recommend staying here! Best wishes, Alex and family.

I had a great stay at Ahmed’s flat! The place was very clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to cafés, restaurants, and historic landmarks. What I loved most was the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It really felt like home. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight of my stay was meeting the kind and lovely Umm Ahmed. It was truly an honor to get to know her. She made the experience even more special with her warmth and generosity. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a real Cairo experience in a vibrant and central area. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I’d love to come back again soon!

I loved this apartment and felt right at home. The light in the evenings and the many plants really added to the charm - and sitting on the balcony in the evenings was a real treat. Samia was a lovely host, provided some food and tea to ensure I had something when I got in, and was communicative throughout. The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, full stove, etc. I enjoyed the neighborhood - it is very walkable and in a great location for exploring Zamalek. I will definitely stay here again!
