Eleticia nous à sauver d’une situation bien fâcheuse. Nous avions réserver un airbnb qui , à notre arrivée etait plus qu’insalubre! Nous devions y passer 10 jours mais c’etais impossible de vivre dans des circonstances comme celle la . Le logement d’eleticia était libre , ils nous ont accueillie des le lendemain à midi ! C’est de toute beauté toute est parfait , la vu a couper le souffle , la piscine panoramique le jardinier tellement dévouer et sympathique sans oublier l’aide ménagère et cuisinière . Grace à eux notre voyage à passer d’un cauchemar à un rêve .

We had an excellent time here. We found everything we needed. The location is good and it was easy to find. The rooms were beautiful and had many beds for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pools and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed to cook great meals. Many different areas to relax.

Beautiful home, unique experience and something different from the ordinary. Christina is a sweetheart, totally responsive and communication. The home itself so unique, I swim everyday with the main pool before and after my surfing sessions, beaches are so close. Did some cooking as well and has all the pans and utensils I needed. Very happy and will come back soon again.

This home was exceptional. It was welcoming and above adequate for our large group. There's a bedroom on the first floor which was ideal for our elderly family member. Each room had its own bathroom and the home was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The backyard area was so beautiful. It was so unexpected to have like a private oasis in the middle of the busy capital of El Salvador. Having access to Netflix was such a lovely little touch for our one rainy relaxing day. Hands down we will return! Diana was so responsive and prompt in replying to our questions. Thank you again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The place looks just like the photos—simple, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The beds are comfortable, and the spaces are spacious and well-designed, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Plus, the location is great, just a couple of blocks from a beautiful beach with stunning views. Everything was tidy and in good condition, though a few small details—like some light stains on the bedding—could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, a lovely and peaceful villa, ideal for those looking for comfort near the sea. We’d definitely love to come back.

Great place in a decent location, only a 5 minute uber to the main areas. Good amenities in the room and bbq is a nice touch. Make sure you look at the ‘how to get inside’ as the code was there and the host was unresponsive when we couldn’t find the key. Amazing otherwise and would definitely recommend !

For our group of 7, this place was perfect. It has amazing views, easy access to El Tunco, accommodating staff, and a great entertainment area. Also, we loved how each room had its own complete bathroom. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful, better than expected and so happy I got to stay here for w week. Both Brianda and Sandra were so kind to communicate for each inquiry I had (there were many). I was unsure because they were new hosts with a new listing but this was the best stay in this platform I have experienced. The place was impeccable, wonderful views, equipped with more than we needed, and my family was extremely happy and comfortable. The beach is so close! Just a few steps down from the street that divides front row homes from second row homes and you are at La Leona private beach. Wonderful to swim, find hermit crabs, and relax. Just over the cliff (Atami resort and Pelicanos) to the right, which is a beautiful walk with natural pools and views, you reach the El Palmarcito beach with other local restaurants, surfers, lifeguards, few vendors with coconuts, minutas, googles, clothes. We tried some surfing lessons for the first time from David ‪+503 7326 4086‬ and his staff. I did not want to leave!

One wave surf house was a wonderful stay for my family and I. Location is just minutes away driving from nice beaches and restaurants. Home was lovely and having a restroom in every single room really helped for a big group like ours. There is on site housekeeping and pool maintenance daily which was a wonderful touch. Staff were super friendly and flexible with coming in and out. Tyler was super responsive anytime I had a question. The driveway is a bit steep to go up and down when leaving and same with walking down anywhere. Can be a bit tiring especially if with little ones and can get a little slippery. Other than that everything was beautiful and the views from upstairs were lovely. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and it was just as dreamy. The area around it has grown up quite a bit but the house is still private and peaceful. The pool is great. I just wish the big bushes that block the ocean view could be trimmed. When we stayed in the house before there were no bushes along the fence and we all enjoyed seeing the ocean. My only complaint is that one of the chairs by the pool, which was already super worn out, broke when someone sat in it and we had to pay $25. That bothers me as almost all of the lounge chairs were already broken upon arrival. Only two have the ability to sit up. The rest are broken and can only lay down. Yet we had to pay for a worn out chair’s leg breaking? Wonderful experience overall despite the chairs. Don Carlos and Marisol are wonderful as well.

Andres’s place was as amazing as advertised + more. The staff was awesome and helped us with everything we needed. Food was delicious. The house and its location are beautiful. Will absolutely be back! Thanks Ale and the rest of the staff, it is truly a special place.

Location is beautiful . Great place to go anywhere so many things to do around the house . I got a massage on the balcony by the ocean and that was a dream.! The main thing was the service . Omg I never had such great service . Daniel the house keeper was amazing. He would make drinks clean make our coffee coordinate laundry pick up or order for food . He was on point on everything and honestly he’s the main reason why I would go back. This was a true vacation best !

Close enough to the action but far enough for the noise

excelente vacaciones, accessible a la playa, muy bonita amenidades de la casa, yo solo le pondria una carpa de proteccion a la piscina para que no se calentara tanto el agua, de todo los demás les recomiendo la casa sin duda.

I am very pleased and happy I was able to enjoy Yvette‘s home with my family. It was a beautiful place, big spacious and comfortable for me and my family. We had a great time swimming at the pool, enjoying the view and even the beach close by very beautiful. Also we enjoyed that there were many shops close by and a Starbucks, which was very handy for me thank you Yvette for hosting us and to Roxanna, which was very helpful and efficient in the cleaning. Thank you. We hope to come back soon.

The private villa was perfect for our girls trip. The private pool and outdoor shower were great to have after days and nights out in el tunco. We took advantage of both the yoga and surfing lessons on site which I’d highly recommend as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything and very responsive! Can’t wait to visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marina’s home! From the moment we arrived, Marina was incredibly polite, responsive, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. The on-site park was also a huge bonus. Our children had a great time playing there and we even got to join a friendly soccer match with kids from the community. The security guards were very kind and respectful, which made us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. This is truly a 5-star house and felt like a dream vacation home. The location is perfect—about an hour from Santa Ana, Ahuachapán, Sonsonate, and San Salvador, all of which offer so many things to see and do. It was the ideal base for exploring the area while also enjoying peaceful downtime at the house. We are absolutely in love with the experience!!

la estancia ha sido muy buena, el lugar es exactamente como se describe, muy privado y tranquilo. La casa es muy limpia y ordenada, han pensado en cada detalle, ya que está equipada con todo lo necesario para hacer de la estadía muy agradable y placentera. Flor fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nuestras consultas, sin dudas es un lugar al que volveríamos

The house was exactly like the photos, very nice vacation home. Homeowner responded to any questions and also went above and beyond with helpful information and recommendations. One thing I do recommend is a vehicle with 4x4 as the one road was extremely steep.
