Το "Sihna" είναι εμπνευσμένο από το έθιμο της γιορτής των Σίχνων που τελείται στο Λιτόχωρο ανήμερα των Θεοφανείων. Έχει τις ρίζες του στο Βυζάντιο και συνεχίζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Τα Σίχνα είναι ψηλά κοντάρια με ασημένιο ή χρυσό σταυρό στην κορυφή, που φέρουν πολύχρωμες σημαίες. Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Εγώ κι ο σύζυγός μου, μετά από 9 χρόνια εμπειρίας, έχοντας το Traditional Guesthouse, αποφασίσαμε το 2025, από μονοι μας, να ανακαινισουμε και να δώσουμε ξανά ζωη σ' ένα παλιό πετρινο σπίτι που ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα μας.
