Cota Quinta - Monolocale Superior

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, direttamente sul mare a picco sulla scogliera per i veri amanti della pace e della tranquillità, ma non per tutti. Alla Cota Quinta si accede tramite una stradina stretta e in salita ma sufficentemente larga per una macchina e per un furgone per gli autisiti più temerari. Una volta arrivati al parcheggio ci sono almeno 50 gardini per raggiungere gli appartamenti da cui si può accedere direttamente al mare per un tuffo dagli scogli.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
