The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

The house and the space are great. The sand court and the soccer field are excellent. Really nice barbecue area. The fireplace area needs large wood. A bag of firewood is not enough because the place is too big. Overall, very top. We'll be back soon.

The location of the house is privileged, close to the city center, but calm and quiet. The bus passes very close to the house, on the corner there is a bakery and it is very close to the city's nightlife. The house is very clean and organized, the yard is wonderful, very quiet even for Clóvis, our golden retriever who was very comfortable in the house. Fair price for the stay. No regrets, it is very worth staying in this place, more than recommended.

The accommodation was great. From the beginning, Emerson was helpful, he recommended us and gave us Kátia's contact, she helped us with absolutely everything, recommended a chef, who did shopping for lunch and barbecue, answered our questions about Uber, supermarket, gave us instructions for check-in and check-out, went to the house to guide us and was always very pleasant. The house is very beautiful, sensational outdoor area. The only “defect” would be one of the rooms, which has two single beds, they seemed fragile and smaller (but the photos are real). Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. I recommend it!

The place is amazing! Those were very good days! The space is really great for those looking for a quiet place to be in touch with nature! The children had a lot of fun fishing and boating, we were able to be in contact with native animals of the region such as monkeys and exotic birds. From the first moment, the host Fernando's house was a salvation! She matches the photos a lot and finds herself on a very safe street (a rarity in SP) The biggest problem we had during our stay was the washing machine that didn't work and the clothesline that was a little small. I chose to wash the clothes by hand during the stay **but it was purely my own choice**. Fernando is a first-class host and I'm sure he would solve the problem if I insisted. When the house has a problem (whether it's a gas shortage or a shower that burns out), Fernando offers solutions and covers the expenses to ensure a peaceful stay. Finally, the _only_ problem is that the amenities in the listing do not match 100% with those of the house (for example, the coffee maker, there is none), but it is still the best choice I could have made to spend a long stay in São Paulo, and if I return, it will definitely be to this same house. I highly recommend it! 9.9/10!
