The Fairytale

“The Fairytale” is a wonderful House located in the center of Zakinthos. It is a quiet cottage “hidden” in nature, surrounded by raisins trees, vineyards and of course the characteristic Zakinthian olive trees. You can enjoy a lovely, large garden, as well as your own private terrace. The Fairytale is 3 km away from the sea (Tsilivi beach), 7 minute away from the Town by car, close to restaurants and a very convenient “base” for all popular destinations.Enjoy your stay!

Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

Your family will be close to everything needed in this waterfront space, overlooking the harbor and the traditional settlement of Katatara that are 800 meters from the property . Nearby there are grocery stores , fish taverns and cafes. We are 13k from the Tower, 30k from Archa Olympia, 40k from the Caiafa baths and 80k from the temple of the Epicurean Apollo The property is 70k from Araxos airport and 120k from Kalamata.

In addition, the archaeological sites of ancient Olympia and Epicurian Apollo are very close by car. Our detached house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
