Family-friendly holiday rentals in Elkhart

My wife and I and our twin 2 year olds stayed here over Mother's Day weekend. This home was perfect for us and had everything we needed as a family of 4! We really enjoyed all of the living space the home had to offer. From the front porch, to the 3 Seasons room, to the back deck. Our girls especially like the stoned area! They loved picking up the rocks and making piles lol. Don't forget the hot tub! It was super clean and we loved using it. The beds were super comfortable, and the bedrooms had everything we needed. A huge plus was having robes and slippers in every closet to use to go out to the hot tub! This location is at the end of a street and felt very private even though it was in a neighborhood. You are about a 2 minute drive to downtown Three Oaks. We would definitely stay here again. Also, Three Oaks is such a cute town and everyone was so nice! We can't wait to go back!

This is the second year I rented this place for my birthday weekend away with friends. The house has so many accommodations for sleeping and different sitting areas. However, the main event is the kitchen. My friends and I love to cook and that's why we came back a second year in a row. The kitchen is unbelievably well-stocked with anything you might need to cook. There are multiple sinks so someone can be cooking while someone else cleans. The layout is perfect for people to hang out with whoever is cooking. There are two ovens. It is a dream. The house feels comfortable and lived-in, and it feels like there has been a lot of thought and intention focused on the user-experience. Cannot say enough nice stuff about this house, cannot recommend enough. Will be coming back for my 29 birthday.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Patti’s place. This was one of the cleanest AirBnBs we have ever been to. We really enjoyed the open concept living space, thoughtfully put together and decorated. This was a very nice home for our large family of eight adults and nine children for a four night stay. A five minute drive to Weko beach, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Michigan. We enjoyed visiting the farmer's market, one mile down the road on Sunday, open from 9 a.m.-early afternoon. Mikey's drive-in, serving burgers, fries, ice cream, etc., is directly across the road from the property. The very large back yard with hot tub and fire pit was a bonus. On the couple of occasions that I emailed Rebecca with a question or comment during our stay, she was very promptly responsive. Our family would stay at this property again.

Very peaceful to stay put here--bring what you need and stay in these beautiful surroundings among birds and gardens and an art-filled home. Or spend time on nearby beaches and trails, wander the nearby small-town shops and nice variety of restaurants and look forward to a hot tub soak and campfire. Donna's home is welcoming and inspiring!

We had a great stay! Our plan was to lie low for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to do that. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub was amazing and the lake was so peaceful. Bonus that my dog was able to join us too!

Great place for us to crash for the ND graduation weekend. About 25 minute drive. Beautiful location, wish we could enjoy the outdoors more if we weren’t so busy with grad events.

We love staying at Brian & Melissa’s place! It is well located, spacious, stylish and clean. We enjoy a beautiful day on the beach and some great wine and food.

We loved our winter stay here with our dog. Fran thought of everything from extra blankets to dog waste bags! We wanted for nothing & loved the short walk to the main strip of town. Beds were comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean, the fenced yard was great for the dog, and communication with host was very responsive. We highly recommend this charming cottage for any time of the year. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a last minute stay for one night in this cozy little log cabin and had a great experience. The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a quiet, short getaway. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful stay!! Our puppies loved it too!!

Absolutely recommend this place! It is warm and cozy, with a massive backyard which was great for our dogs to play in and for us to relax in! It feels very private and has such a unique vibe! Ann was amazing, she was kind, friendly, and gave incredible recommendations! Mason Jar Cafe is a MUST! Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We loved Michael's cottage. It was perfect for our Lake Michigan getaway. An easy ride into town or to Grand Mere State Park; and a peaceful, well-tended landing spot for the mornings and evenings. Highly recommend!🌸

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home tucked away in a peaceful rural setting. The house was full of charm and character, and the surrounding mature woods made it feel like a true escape. It's conveniently located near Three Oaks and New Buffalo, both of which offered plenty of great activities, dining, and local charm. Our dogs loved the space just as much as we did—especially the nearby dog beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway.

Cedar House provided a great “home” for our multigenerational family visiting for a Notre Dame weekend. Very responsive hosts. Close to campus. Clean and cozy. Go Irish! ☘️

Very thoughtfully appointed home. Absolutely great for anyone with Toddlers. The basement is set up for safe activities to burn off energy. There’s even a wonderful sauna for adults. Great open concept lots of light and privacy.

The Golden Girls Girls Trip 2023 is in the books. We loved everything about the home and amenities. There was only 4 of us, so having our own space was important. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals we cooked. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed spending an entire day in it. I have already shared this vacation home with a friend.

My girlfriends and I had a great stay! Ann’s place was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing outside, watching the animals and soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Such a cute home. Right across the road from the Warren dunes. Easy to get back and forth with a bicycle. The cutest little ice cream shop right next door. Bed was comfortable and the bunk beds are roomy. Would definitely stay here again.

My group loved our stay. We had cozy fires, relaxed in the pool and even practiced yoga in the spacious, secluded yard. Super close to markets, stores and hiking in the state park or a trip to the beach. Looking forward to visiting again.

For this trip, it was my husband and I and our 2 kids (18 & 21). Kyle's airbnb is in a perfect location right on the St. Joseph's River. It is beautiful and peaceful. The in-ground pool is a lovely perk and he has a dock to hang out on or go fishing. My husband and son loved fishing and hanging out on the dock. Kyle and his wife are friendly and so are the neighbors. The second floor apartment is above a garage and is 1 bedroom with beds all in the same room. There is a second bathroom with a shower as well as a sitting room with a larger TV and kitchen space downstairs which is nice if you need more space. We had problems while there with the internet. Kyle did check into it and tried to fix it, however it didn't work well the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
