Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Elkins Park

Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

Perfect Rental! Lovely Rustic finished-basement in a private home, in an upscale neighborhood on the Mainline. Huge Living Room, large Bar/Kitchenette area, large bedroom with ensuite bathroom; outside there are several different seating areas in the large/bucolic back yard. Retired couple from Florida rented Don's place for a week while helping our daughter, who was moving into an apartment in the area. The rental was exactly as described, and was perfect for our needs; I can't imagine having to spend a week in a cramped hotel room! After long days of packing and moving, we sat outside in the beautiful backyard and enjoyed a beverage.... and a cigar for me! The homeowner, Don, lives in the house..... but he is completely unobtrusive; he greeted us briefly upon our arrival, and all subsequent contact with him was initiated by us. He is a friendly, helpful guy..... and we will definitely stay with him again during our future visits with our daughter.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful Philly apartment! It’s super clean, stylish, and well-appointed, but the hot tub really takes things to the next level—so relaxing after a day of exploring. Fair warning: there are a lot of stairs, so pack light and consider it your built-in workout! 😅 The location is unbeatable—quiet but close to everything. Definitely check out Café Lift just a 3-minute walk away for an incredible all-day brunch (the eggs benedict & lemon ricotta pancakes are chef’s kiss). Highly recommend this place for a cozy, elevated (literally!) Philly experience. Would absolutely stay again!

This property is exquisite. It is a small space beautifully appointed and tastefully designed. The location is perfect. Richard is readily available for any needs.

Easy to check in. I needed an early check in, Barbra was able to accommodate for a small fee. Pictures matched the house. Stove/Oven worked great. Shower was nice. I did use washer and dryer, both worked well! Beds were nice. Big Tv which was nice because we had a movie night. Had an internet issue and Barbra was able to tell me how to fix it quickly. There are some card and board games available which we used. Each room also had its own air which was really nice! Two of the bedroom doors had codes if you wanted to use them which I thought was nice if people want to lock up their stuff in their room. Really nice place and really nice host.

This was my second time within a week that I stayed at Marc's place! That should tell you how nice the place is and how responsive he is! I would use his place again when coming to Philly if it's available and I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay while in Philly. Thanks again Marc for opening your place to me and my family you are a great host!

Melanie has created a really nice space - comfortable, pretty, with a lot of nice details (including some very welcomed snacks and toiletries). And easy walk to everything. I recommend both this air BnB and Phoenixville, which is right on the Schuylkill River bike trail.

Loved our stay here during the Metallica concerts! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed inside. The bed was very big and super comfortable—way better than an $800 hotel night, especially with a backyard to smoke, which is hard to find. The host was amazing—provided free slippers and a full bottle of wine, plus allowed a late check-out and an extra day, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is high-crime, but the police station on the corner kept us feeling safe, and all the neighbors seemed nice. A $12 Lyft to Center City Rittenhouse Square was convenient. Highly recommend for a great Philly trip!

Our stay at Dee’s place was perfect. Upon walking in I immediately noticed how clean the space was. We had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and towels were so soft. The dresser was large and allowed us to unpack and not live out of our suitcases! The Wi-Fi was easy to get on and strong. The neighborhood is quiet. Dee is an excellent communicator and we really enjoyed meeting her. The next time we come to Willow Grove to visit family we know exactly where we will be staying… at Dee’s.

Great stay right next to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Shower is insanely small and a bit claustrophobic, otherwise perfect spot.

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, and good location. I was able to easily find restaurants with gluten-free options, and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements.

Hala was a great host. Super responsive and kind. We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! Dunkin next door was a bonus. The place was very nice and exactly as shown. Loved having this as our home base for us meeting family in Elkins Park. Thanks!

This is my second time coming to stay at Ms. Chandra's place and as usual it was amazing. The place is always extremely clean and tidy I never have an issue. She always provides me with information about check in and check out. Which helps because then I don't have to go back to the listing and read check out instructions. Overall 100/10 experience and I'll be back again I guarantee it.
