The cozy apartment (approx. 65 square meters + balcony overlooking the valley) for up to 4 people is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful village of Elpe. It consists of a living room with dining area and small balcony, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two single beds, hallway with stairs and a daylight bathroom with shower. Living room with flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, USB, Bluetooth. Modern kitchen: 4-burner ceramic stovetop, convection oven, fridge with small freezer compartment.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon
