Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room with a single bed, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the 3 furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. My place is close to the city center, train station is a 10-minute walk, restaurants and nightlife of Oldenburg are very close :-). You'll love my place because of the morning bird chirping and lots of green around, even though you's in the city. You'll also appreciate the roof terrace. Only nice people live on our street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
