Great location, value for money and a cute and cosy studio! We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends looking for a pet friendly say in Melbourne!

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Douglas was excellent from the time of booking through to our arrival, and he provided plenty of helpful local information, including great restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The apartment itself was beautiful—bright, spacious, and private, located upstairs with plenty of natural light. It had everything we needed and more: a full-sized fridge, coffee machine, water filter, and all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome pack, which included freshly ground coffee and a selection of delicious goodies—such a lovely way to start our stay! The location was ideal, close to a vibrant high street with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Getting around was also a breeze, with several public transport options nearby that made our daily travel to the F1 event super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

Alex’s place was a great place to stay - clean, peaceful, 10 minutes walk to the beautiful waterfront and accessible by tram and train. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, Nicola was an absolute gem of a host! As newcomers to Australia, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. Nicola’s kindness and hospitality made us feel not just comfortable, but truly at home in a new country. What really touched us were the thoughtful touches — the handwritten notes and “Mike cards” (so cute!) added such a personal and heartfelt vibe to our stay. It’s rare to find a host who goes above and beyond like Nicola did — offering guidance, local tips, and genuine care throughout our visit. The space itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and incredibly cozy — a perfect blend of comfort and charm. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would — both for the lovely accommodation and for Nicola’s incredible gesture of kindness. The accommodation was perfect for my stay in Melbourne, very quiet and peaceful, surrounded in pretty tree lined streets, local parks and within easy walking distance of the tram into the city. In the other direction walk along the canal path to the beach where you can take a walk up to Brighton and see the colourful beach boxes or head in the other direction to St Kilda. Elwood has a few lovely shops, bakeries and restaurants, convenient to get some local produce for the flat which is kitted out with all the kitchen basics. I felt very comfortable and at home in the flat and the area. I would highly recommend this flat as a great location for exploring all the local attractions Melbourne and the surrounding area has to offer.

Thankyou for an amazing stay! Location was perfect right near the shops and station. The apartment was lovely and super cosy, but worth noting the kitchen is a little small and hard to cook in. Even though I could hear the train, it didn't bother me at all. Will definitely be back!

Deb's place is always clean comfortable and very welcoming. I have stayed there several times and each time I thoroughly enjoyed myself and Deb's hospitality.

Great apartment. Host has clearly thought things through. Excellent building - well maintained and exceptional security. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment has all the facilities that you require - wifi with access to a large number of channels/apps including Netflix/YT. Washing machine & dryer. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious showers. Large balcony. Hard to find fault with this place or the Host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again without a thought.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place. Michele made check in very easy for us and was flexible when it came to check out. Her place was at a great spot about 2 minute walk to a tram which you could catch into the city in 25 minutes. Thanks Michelle!

This was my third stay at this Airbnb in Toorak, and once again, it was excellent. The space is consistently clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host continues to go above and beyond—always helpful, very responsive, and thoughtful in providing little extras I didn’t even know I’d need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience. I keep coming back for a reason—highly recommended!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Marcus is a great host, very responsive and gave clear instructions re check-in. This is a comfortable place in St Kilda.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
