The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. !!Currently we are renovating the 2nd floor. It is not yet finished but for bigger groups we can fit a maximum of 3 people comfortably upstairs. Downstairs we have 6 sleeping places! Come and relax in Otepää. The house is located on the border of Aedlinna, next to a forest. Pühajärv is about 10/15 minutes walk away. There are activities in the winter capital all year round and it is nice to relax in our cozy house after skiing, hiking or celebrations.

Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Our villa is situated very centre of beautiful town Otepää. We are renting out 2.floor of our villa. The apartment is about 80 square meters, made mainly from wood and spacious with spectacular views. You can enjoy our beautiful garden and admire sunsets over the 100-years park.
