The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

Unit is 60 sq mtrs *NO PARTIES / LOUD MUSIC* *Short-stay cleaning $75 ($100 for longer stays) for 2 guests, additional fee of $25 pp for additional guests. Check-in 2pm to 9pm, check-out by 11am. After hours check-in/ late check-out may be available on request.

One large bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, and a Koala cushy sofa bed (queen size) in the living room for approved additional guests. 100% cotton percale sheets. 3 types of pillows (8 in total). WIFI and 50” flat screen smart TV. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free visitor parking at this time due to council legislation.
